He followed up by texting pictures of what he had available. The customer service was so good that I knew I would book with him, no matter the cost. Once I paid (I booked the Sprinter), Jack followed up with my drivers name, phone number and picture, and confirmed that the driver would arrive at the time I had requested. Our driver was Charles and he was AMAZING!!! Since he was 30 minutes early, I was able to sneak out and set up our champagne bottles and flutes, which Charles helped with. Even the driver was sweating profusely during the trip, which further highlighted how incredibly uncomfortable the conditions were. This made our ride not only unenjoyable, but this is also unacceptable given the terms of our rental and the age of the children on the bus. The contact refused to help us out and never once apologized. Overall awful customer service and declined to give us our money back or even a discount. we will never be using this company again and hope no one else will either.
