We love the wide variety of equipment--after five weeks (2x/wk), we're still discovering new machines and routines. Here, patrons of all ages mostly keep to themselves, so it's not a very social environment, but the trainers are friendly and professional.

Coach Ashley in the morning was fun and led us in a good warmup before proceeding with the WOD which was clearly written on one of the TV monitors. I loved being able to get a good (and challenging) workout and also engaging with a lot of the local athletes. Everyone was welcoming and it was fun to crush a pretty advanced WOD. Although I would argue that the 400m run around the gym is a bit longer than 400, I can't be too upset at working my body up just a bit more. Thanks TTL for the great drop-in experience. My buff friend (who may or may not be secretly carved from granite) runs this place with the precision of a Navy SEAL and the enthusiasm of a caffeinated golden retriever. They don't just train regular folks--they turn kids into pro athletes. That's right. I've seen 10-year-olds in here with more discipline than my entire adult life. These little beasts are out here doing drills, lifting weights, and running faster than my WiFi. One kid dunked a basketball, and I swear he levitated for a second. The trainers? Absolute legends. They push you to your limits but somehow make you laugh while you're sweating bullets. Every session feels like a mix of boot camp and a stand-up comedy show. The coaches and front desk staff are very friendly and make you feel welcome right away. It didn't matter if you're a beginner, everyone is supported.
