Had them to our hone twice already and I must say my dog and I are both very comfortable with both the Vet and the Tech.

Dr McIntyre and Sarah have been treating our dog,Max, for the last two years. Max gets very intimidated at the Veterinarian and we felt treating him at home would calm his nerves. Max loves Dr McIntyre and Sarah. He's not at all afraid and loves that they sit on the floor and give him lots of love while examining him. A few months ago Max got into my daughter's candy. We had no idea how much chocolate he consumed and we were panicked. Dr McIntyre was so compassionate. She walked us through administering hydrogen peroxide to make him throw up even though it was extremely late at night she took the time to help our baby! She checked in several times during the night and the next day. You can tell that the staff at Welcome Waggin loves animals. I would not take Max to anyone else!

I spoke with Sarah who was very kind on the phone and she helped figured out a way to schedule a visit with Dr.

I knew the test took a long time that is why I waited 2 months for it. My pets worse condition had nothing to do with this wait I did originally. So please think what you want. When someone is that upset your job is to calm them done specially when it comes to a member of their family. In this case since my pets test results were worse he should of been put on meds the same day. Not when it's convenient for the Dr's to read it. After getting the results I knew what needed to be done and I'm not even a Dr. The cardiologist had it writing out what the next steps were. Thanks for the response but this response was completely false. I'm also glad I was able to get him on meds right away and already noticed a difference. So I'm happy with this new vet. Please next time take everything in conclusion before writing a review back. Thank you have a great day

By the time I drove him to Purdue University ER small animal hospital and got the help he needed even they looked at the records and questioned Plainfield's staffs every move and decision just like I did besides 1 damn thing which was my 100% respectfully letting them know he would be receiving some SQ fluids due to severe dehydration and he's 10lbs....so the one thing the owner insisted on which these crooks charged almost $70 for the small SQ fluids. My first Pomeranian lived til 16 and I took her for over a year for Q Fluids 2x a week at vet in an amazing city Munster, IN and her and I would be in and out and 25 mins tops and it was $12-15. $70 for fluids is why so many poor owners and the poor pets suffer because they have no way of ever saving or helping their poor pet simply bc places like this only care about the $$ not your animals. It was so scary. And they put him on an antibiotics even though both blood work results he'd already had recently showed zero signs or symptoms of infection nor eating much at all nor drinking so he wouldn't even take it anyways but another way to have me pay more. Purdue ER said to not even give it to him bc it was 109% unnecessary. They also told me to put him on pain medication that come to find out it put him in more danger!!!! THIS PLACED SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!

I brought my dog here for a follow up (from a previous urgent care visit (different facility) 2…read moreweeks earlier) because he had a ruptured anal gland. I called this clinic to make an appointment and the lady was very nice to me and I was able to get him in....because my dog is a new patient she did explain that there would be a $50 deposit to hold the appointment...I had no problem with that because I found out that it does go toward the final bill of the visit. So, the appointment was set for 10:30...they do expect you to arrive 10 min early....I was actually 15 min early but when I brought him in, they were already expecting him....which I totally appreciated the prompt check in. They checked his weight and escorted us right into the exam room. Kylie (the vet tech) was so sweet! She was so professional and Rocky was very comfortable with her handling him! And Dr. Noyes was great too! She was very knowledgeable and had no problem answering my questions. Checking out was easy and the ladies at the front desk were very nice and proficient. I'm looking forward to bringing my dog here for all of his healthcare needs.

*FOLLOW-UP* More…read moredisappointment from this clinic--and, frankly, more questions about their judgment and ethics. I received the attached letter terminating me as a client, with my negative review explicitly cited as the reason. So, to be clear: rather than addressing the concerns I raised about how my dog was handled, the clinic's response was to fire me as a client because I exercised my right to leave an honest review. What is even more troubling is that the clinic returned my $80 payment for the post-rabies observation. That raises a very obvious question: If the clinic was genuinely concerned enough about an alleged bite to require a rabies observation, why would they suddenly decide they no longer need to perform that observation? Wouldn't the clinic have an interest in completing the observation themselves--particularly for the safety and reassurance of the staff member who allegedly sustained the bite? Instead, they returned my money and terminated me as a client. That is a remarkable resolution to a situation the clinic itself characterized as serious enough to require rabies observation. For context, I brought my dog to this clinic for a routine nail trim. He was taken to the back without anyone asking me about his temperament, behavior, or how he should be handled. Approximately 15 minutes later, he was returned to me with none of his nails trimmed, and I was told that he had allegedly bitten a veterinary technician and therefore required a 10-day rabies observation. This was particularly concerning because the same clinic had administered his rabies vaccination only six months earlier. I did exactly what a responsible pet owner should do: I questioned what happened, expressed my concerns, and shared my experience publicly. Apparently, that was unacceptable to the clinic. Clients should not have to choose between remaining in good standing with a veterinary practice and being honest about their experience. A negative review is not misconduct. It is feedback. If a clinic's response to criticism is to terminate the client rather than address the underlying concerns, that speaks volumes. And now, by returning the observation fee after previously presenting the observation as necessary, the clinic has created even more questions about how this entire situation was handled. I stand by my review. In fact, receiving a termination letter because I left it has only reinforced my concerns and made this experience considerably more disappointing than it was to begin with.
