Hotel bar in a cute boutique hotel under the 408. It can be a little tricky to find if you are not familiar with the area. Parking can be a little tricky as well out on the street. When we first walked in there was a large group in the bottom so we headed upstairs and grabbed a table. Everything is done via the mobile app, but we did have 2 servers stop to check on us. I asked to get some lime for my water and it never was brought over. We had ordered a round of cocktails, but be aware that if you plan on sitting and chatting keep an eye on your phone since your tab will automatically cash out after 20 minutes. Since we were chatting we didn't notice that and since already cashed out we decided to leave after one drink. The decor is cute, but it is an older building and has a strange odor when you first walk in, but I guess I got used to it since I didn't notice it by the end.

I've been wanting to come here for years and I finally made it over. I came with a semi larger party. We got there early and was able to get a larger table upstairs. The first thing I noticed was how large the space was with outdoor seating as well as plenty of indoor seating. The moment you step inside you get the retro feel of the place. It's like going to your grandparents' house in the coziest of ways. Ordering is easy you scan the QR at your table and can keep an open tab. They bring things out made to order as you order them. We got there early enough to take advantage of the happy hour specials for drinks that evening. I got two: the Matcha Martini and the Two Tickets. The martini was creamy and very matcha. It felt like I was drinking a matcha latte. Very dangerous. Haha. The Two Tickets was refreshing and fruity. I nice contrast to the martini. Food is served tapas style so you can share with the group or eat on your own. My main dish was the Brie Grilled Cheese. It was quite filling. The brussel sprouts were a nice mix is tart and creamy with the cheese. I ended my meal with the burnt basque cheesecake. It was sweet enough to satisfy but not an overly sweet dessert. My table also got the charcuterie to share. We all enjoyed our meals and had a nice evening. We opted to park in the parking garage next door with a short walk over. It was raining when we went so we hope to come back when the weather is nicer. P.S. Go into the bathroom on the 2nd floor to get the famous bathtub photo!

Tried The Wellborn for the first time this past week for my boss's birthday, and I'm so glad I did! The space is absolutely beautiful full of charm and history, which makes the whole experience feel extra special. Service was great from start to finish. The manager even brought out celebratory shots for us, which was such a fun and thoughtful touch. Chef David did an amazing job the meatballs were hands down my favorite! Overall, such a great night. I'll definitely be back, especially to check out brunch.

I went to The Wellborn for Sunday brunch and wow, it truly felt like a hidden gem in Orlando. Walking in felt like discovering a magical garden and stumbling upon a beautiful place to start the day. There's plenty of seating both inside and outside, which I loved. There's also a cozy fire pit area that seems like it would be perfect in the evening, so I definitely want to come back at night to experience that atmosphere. Inside, the space feels like a charming mansion with multiple living room-style areas where you can relax, play games, watch TV, or just enjoy the ambiance. We ended up sitting outside on the balcony patio, which had lots of seating and a really peaceful vibe. Even the bathroom was aesthetically beautiful, and yes, there's a ball pit in the bathtub! The staff mentioned that the balls are sanitized every day, which made me feel comfortable enough to jump in for a quick photo. Ordering food and drinks is done through an app, but servers still come by to check on you. Our server, Aneesa, was incredibly sweet. Even though she mentioned she was new, she did an amazing job helping us choose our orders and quickly getting answers to any questions we had. Not only Aneesa, but the entire staff was welcoming from the moment we walked in. You could tell they noticed our excitement (probably because it was our first time!) and they made us feel very comfortable. I'll definitely be coming back, next time I'm bringing some friends or maybe a date so we can sit by the fire pit and enjoy the evening atmosphere.

Service is efficient, drinks are creative and delicious. The food that I have tried both at brunch and late night has been good. I really do like the system of starting your own check and ordering and paying on your phone. It makes the Wellborn a great place to come with a group because it streamlines the ordering, check splitting and paying process. Plus, it makes it much easier when someone wants to leave before the rest of the group. Great atmosphere but lackluster parking options.

It's been a bit since I've come by the Wellborn, but it was just as great as I remember! We came for drinks and a light dinner, and the weather was perfect for sitting outside on their big porch. I love the amount of fun, cozy, eclectic seating both indoors and out. My favorite cocktail remains the Best Friend, as I'm a gin gal through and through, but everyone loved their seasonal cocktails as well. We went for the sliders, meatballs, and cucumber salad to split, and they were all tasty! The salad was probably my favorite of the small plates we got. I will admit, I don't always love ordering on the QR codes instead of with a human because I think it makes it less intuitive to ask for extra plates, etc from your server, but it is efficient and allows everyone to order with less confusion! Regardless, I'll be back soon.

Stopped in on a Saturday night for drinks. The atmosphere is amazing! It's so whimsical and peaceful out back under the trees and string lights. We got the "Best Friends" and "Two Tickets", both were very yummy. I love that's it seat yourself and self service through a QR code. Our drinks came out very quickly each time. Definitely will be back and hopefully order some food next time too!

I went with a friend for the spring event with the butterfly release. It wasn't too crowded and beautiful weather on the courtyard. Service is automated with QR codes on edge table and was very quick the day I went, as well as a fast moving line for the outside drink truck. The food was very good to offset the mimosa flight, but I would have like a little more ham then cheese in the jamon croquettes. Overall great event!

Always an amazing atmosphere here and I will always come back and bring friends!! Loving the new seasonal drink two tickets it's the most refreshing drink to have in hot Orlando!!

This place is absolutely stunning and such a great spot to come chill, relax, and just vibe. The atmosphere is beautiful, ethereal, and makes you feel like you are somewhere completely different. That said, I do not really recommend eating here. The food and drinks are very expensive for what they are, and the quality does not always justify the price. The drinks used to be better the first few times I came, but lately they have been inconsistent. Service is also pretty slow and could use more attention. I will still keep coming back for the ambiance alone, but the food and drink quality could definitely improve to match the setting and pricing, I would give it a 3.5.

Lucked out this visit to the Wellborn. Found parking very quickly on the street. The weather was just perfect and of course the service was excellent! Sat outside on their second floor deck where you can overlook all the outdoor seating. The vibe was just inviting. Had some seasonal cocktails and shareable snacks. Just a really great way to start off the weekend. Drink Responsibly, Cheers!

Best Happy Hour in Orlando! Drinks and food are amazing. My favorite drink is the Best Friends. Favorite food is definitely the Jamón Croquettes. Service is the best, you scan a QR code on your table and order from your phone. Food and drinks come out quickly and the staff is really sweet. The patio has plenty of outside seating with TVs and fans. There is also a huge garden area with seating. The upstairs bathroom is really cool with the original tub filled with plastic balls.

I recently went to their singles event and this place is always a vibe. The ambiance and mood is a 10/10. Loved that there was a DJ and always something to see. If you don't order from a table on the website. Good luck getting service it's going to be a while. They prioritize the mobile orders and you can stand at the front of the line for ages. I didn't order any food but I had a few mocktails which are always delicious. Great for a date night. Be sure to grab a table and order from there. Drink up!

Does the Wellborn have bottomless on Sunday?

We have a $25 mimosa flight special, which includes a bottle and an assortment of juices!

Is the restaurant within close walking distance of Dr Phillips Center?

Yes, it maybe a little tricky to navigate because it is the other side of the 408 overpass so be careful. But it is less than 5 min walking.

Is all of the seating outdoors or is there covered/indoor seating in the event of inclement weather?

Yes they have seating on the covered patio and inside the house. I've been there during the bad rain and was fine on the patio

Just want to ask since it's Downtown.. do they have their own parking lot?

No it's street parking if your eating but there is parking if your staying at the hotel

The ambiance and feel of the bar is very "sultry" and "intimate." The mood lighting, dark paneling/interiors paired with the bar itself being lit to be the center of attention, lends itself to the secretiveness and LURE that a modernized speakeasy would provide. I truly enjoy stepping foot into this little hidden, but NOT so hidden, gem (which can be accessed from the interior to Talay). Service can be slow at times - especially when they are busy. However, the staff is usually always gracious, helpful, and willing to serve. The few great mixologists I've met there have also been very willing to break down how they make their drinks and really give us a glimpse into their world. So, I'm appreciative of that. That is not something that you can always expect at bars. As for the drinks (and food I'll glaze over), I am usually not left disappointed. I appreciate that seasonally they play with their drink menu and introduce new cocktails. I also love a handful of their signature drinks on the menu. This may be the only bar I've had a drink with Aperol in it that I actually ENJOYED (and not tolerated). The pricing can get high depending on what you order, but for the area and the going rate of a night out, they hold their own. Definitely don't pop into Noir if you are looking for an AFFORDABLE cocktail experience because the tab will creep up on you. The food is OKAY. They share a kitchen with Talay and offer some items not on the Talay menu - which is nice. However, I rarely eat when I visit, so the few times I have, it's been okay. Nothing to truly brag home about. I am happy, though, that they did start offering food because in the very beginning (when they first opened), that was not an option. Anyways, Noir Bar is GREAT (to me)! I will keep coming here and recommending it to others. It's also great for a date night or night out with your friends. It's in a decent location - but please take heed of parking in this area, as it can be challenging to find FREE street parking. However, there is parking available all around and in various garages nearby.

Real good vibes. Orlando obviously has no shortage of places to eat, drink, and gather, but Alfie's belongs to that rare category of venues that feel equally at home in a major metropolis. It's the kind of spot that would fit seamlessly into Los Angeles's best neighborhoods: think Gold Line in Highland Park or the Vinyl Room at the Hollywood Palladium. Not because they're carbon copies, but because they share that intangible quality of genuine discovery and cultural curiosity. The crowd ( age range 25 - 35 mostly ) was genuinely engaged with one another. People were actually talking, actually present, not hunched over their phones. That alone felt invigorating. There was an undeniable spark in the room. Alfie's wasn't chasing trends; it was simply allowing them to emerge naturally. What impressed me most was how they brought it all together .. Retro stereo equipment and vinyl players from the 50s mixed with a bar area that's super sleek and modern. Conversations, music, the lounge itself .... all came together in a way that felt alive and IN THE MOMENT. When my LA friends visit, Alfie's is on the list. But he was very impatient. Let me add that there was not a single person in the entire place. NO ONE. Let me also add that almost our entire group is almost 40. So we're obv not underage. With the way he approached us and was completely impatient, we were a little turned off and left. Which lost them money on our entire group. He followed us out the door as we left. When I first arrived right at 4pm, I thought maybe it was closed as only my car was in the parking lot. I went in the side door which apparently is not the main entrance, but there were a few people inside. My bartender Emily was awesome and super friendly. There are TV's on both sides of the bar and at the entrance of the restaurant. I was able to indulge in World Cup soccer. Happy Hour is from 4pm-6pm Monday - Friday. Quite a few items are marked down to $10 as are some of the cocktails. I started with a $10 Lamp Martini (Dirty Gin Martini). I liked it although, it was super mini. I can see why it was "only" $10. I'd prefer a regular sized glass. I can't believe they charge $1 for blue cheese olives. The bartender recommended the Caesar Salad and told me it was one of the best items on the menu. Super duper different. I've never had a Caesar salad like this one. It's like little sandwich bites of salad. I really liked it. These things lived up to the bartender hype. Then, I tried the $10 Deviled Eggs. They were pretty standard. Then, I had the $10 Chili Bomb Hummus. I love a really good hummus and this one was that. Up next, "The Best Espresso Martini in Orlando," Whoops, actually it wasn't this time the bartender lied to me. Wine Bar George still holds that title. I wish the espresso was brewed at the bar, but she told me it was from some place down the street. Lastly, I had the $14 Charred Cauliflower. I liked this thing too. I wish they made a spicy version. A huge space inside. A cool entrance to the bathrooms. Quite a few TV's to watch sports. A bit off the beaten path. A solid bar to have some drinks, watch sports, and get some bites.

This is not a sports bar, and I specifically chose it for a date because I expected a more relaxed atmosphere. Once the match ended, things improved and we could finally talk, but the place is still very loud overall. The cocktails were pretty basic, especially for $16 each. They weren't bad, but they lacked any creativity or presentation to justify the price. We sat at the bar, and I have to say the service was good. One more downside: there's no self-parking, only valet. It's $5, which isn't terrible, but it's still an inconvenience. Overall, the atmosphere felt too chaotic for what I was expecting, and I wouldn't come back.
