Ready for a night out in the town, and found this cocktail lounge on the way ! The music was fun and there's different spaces depending on the vibe ! Drinks were really good, didn't take long for us to get a bartender's attention. Definitely will be coming here again , great to go with a group of friends and just have fun !
This has been a favorite downtown cocktail location of mine for years! Stopped by to catch up with a friend early on a Saturday, around 8pm. Location was quiet, clean and chilly. Bartender came to check in us quickly and chatted throughout the night. Great service and is still the best Old Fashioned I've had in Downtown Orlando - not to sweet like many locations and really highlights the bourbon. Added bonus is the half off happy hours including on weekends! Location is central to many other downtown stops including live jazz right around the corner.

The decor is pleasing, the place is a vibe. The night we went it was not packed at all and we did hit them up fairly early for a weekday. I would go back for sure, you can play pool or lounge on the couches provided or so like us and hang at the bar. Overall we had a nice time!
This place has amazingly priced cocktails and a friendly staff. The lounge is super comfortable and unique. Every Tuesday they have salsa music, every Friday and Saturday they have dance music starting at 11 PM. This is THE spot to be in downtown Orlando. So much fun and great music

They had happy hour when I was there which meant GREAT drinks for $6.50 each! Can't wait to come back to see the disco room open! Saturn was my best friend and I's fav drink if you like sweet! The bartenders were also very helpful with menu suggestions!
Slightly overpriced drinks, though strong. My gin and tonic was almost 50% gin, which I didn't particularly like. The bar area looks nice, but, based on its outside and upstairs looks (where their cafe is) I thought that the upstairs area would look a little bit more upscale. So if you plan to visit The Robinson, I recommend siting at their cafe and trying one of their delicious beverages and skipping their bar.
The Robinson is conveniently located in the heart of downtown Orlando. There is a very bright and pretty café downstairs. I have gotten breakfast and a cocktail there before, but I have definitely visited the cocktail lounge, upstairs more. The Robinson Cocktail Lounge is very dark and moody, in a mid-century glam kind of way. What I love is that it is the perfect start or stop when spending an evening downtown. I say it is nice to start there because you can get a yummy craft cocktail or two before making your way to a bar with fewer specialty options. They have a menu with cocktails unique to their brand/location, as well as a full bar for all of your fav classics. The upstairs cocktail lounge opens at 7pm, so most recently my husband and I got an early dinner, then grabbed a drink at the Robinson before heading to the Dr Phillips Center (5 minute walk) for a play. The bartenders are always friendly and the drinks never disappoint. Last time I tried the Studio 54, and it was right up my alley. It is a gin based drink and the strawberry in it gave it just the right amount of sweetness that I like.

Since I was downtown getting some paperwork in order, I stopped by and ordered a salad using their kiosk system. The space was still cute and very Instagrammable, and there were people enjoying lunch and working from their laptops. I got my salad to-go but decided sit down and eat it instead. To my dismay, the salad was not fresh. The lettuce used was old and started turning brown around the edges. Like, really? Very disappointing. Just stick to the basics, their drinks, pastries, and sides are good. Forego anything with lettuce/salad. They definitely do not use fresh ingredients.
The Robinson Cocktail lounge has a fun and exciting interior. I went on a Friday night and this place gets busy and crowded. I was with several of my girl friends celebrating one of their birthdays. This was maybe not the best crowd for an all girl's thing. It was very male heavy with these guys looking to flirt. It's also a very mixed age crowd. If that's what your looking for, that's great, if not, you might want to reconsider. The drinks were good, we all did a Johnny tea shot which was delicious and I got the Saturn drink while I was here. The Saturn was fruity and sweet, but not overwhelmingly sweet. I knocked off a star in my review because one, it was very crowded, but felt like it didn't have the right interior to be that crowded and also because it took the bartenders forever to take my order. A couple of my friends went up together they were served fairly quickly. One friend and I go up together, she gets served right away, and I think it was 7-10 minutes before another bartender talked to me again. But good drinks, just not my ideal atmosphere. Could see coming back here earlier in the night before it gets crazy busy.
Love the entire vibe of this establishment. Delicious coffee and tea options. Tasty sandwiches, wraps and salads. They offer pastries as well. So many unique seating options depending on your mood. Love the lighting, atmosphere and the music.

I've noticed lately though they're out of various items (like matcha and other beverages) which I've never had a problem with in the past, hopefully they get more soon. All the food and pastries I've ever tried have been delicious. One thing that is no longer on the menu that was a huge hit was the brussel sprouts, they really need to bring those back because they were bomb. This place is close to my job so it's convenient, consistent and would definitely recommend if you're in the area and want breakfast, lunch, coffee, pastries or even a cocktail.

We game in for drinks and had a great experience. The vibes upstairs are so fun. They have a pool table, Photo Booth, and plenty of comfortable seating. Service was good. Their happy hour is the best. I respect a place that has their happy hour from 7-9. I got the Dancing Queen. It was pretty and delicious. We had so much fun! read more
The Robinson Cocktail Room is one of downtown Orlando's most visually striking places for a night out. The upstairs lounge has a moody, retro Art Deco atmosphere with colorful lighting, eclectic décor and plenty of comfortable seating. We tried the Dancing Queen and a classic Old Fashioned, and both cocktails were balanced, beautifully presented and clearly made with care. The bartenders were knowledgeable and happy to offer recommendations without making the menu feel intimidating. The music becomes livelier later in the evening, making it a great choice for either a stylish date night or drinks and dancing with friends. read more
The cocktail bar upstairs is quite cool and a lot of fun. Lorn C. and I decided to try this place out after the Yelpies awards event after we noticed it walking to our cars. You are greeted by the doorman who takes your driver's license to insert into a handheld device as part of the city of Orlando's policy for identification. (First time, we experienced that at a downtown bar, so maybe it's a new ordinance?) We went up the stairs to a spacious bar area, complete with couches, a nice size bar with comfortable seats and a dance floor (which was rocking and packed later in the evening). Our bartender took a while to get to us when we arrived around 9:30pm, but he made some excellent cocktails. We tried the Dancing Queen (vodka), the Studio 54 (gin) and the Saturn (gin), but our favorite was the Studio 54. The others were good, but the Studio 54 was a perfect mix that was not too sweet, with a nice cucumber slice in the glass. By 11pm, the place was filled with people all around the bar, and the merengue dance music was pumping. The beat got us into the mood (the cocktails helped) and we tried the dance floor ourselves. It was a blast! The only downside was the availability of the bar staff to keep up with the crowd. We tried to flag down one bartender to get our check, and she acknowledged us but never came over after 10 minutes. Luckily, we finally caught the attention of our original bartender, did the "check signing" pose with our hand and he brought over our check in short order. He apologized for the wait, which was a professional touch we appreciated. read more

Such a gem in Downtown Orlando! My friend & I went here for coffee to talk over some ideas we had & this was the perfect spot! It has such a clean & cute aesthetic with some great coffee selections. I got the Salted Cream Coffee w/ the Parmesan Truffle fries & it was the perfect light combo! The staff was also very friendly & had good vibes all around! If you're looking for a place in DTO with great ambiance, tasty cocktails, coffee, and fairly health conscious food, then Robinson's the place! I love coming here to grab a coffee or quick bite during the day and then heading upstairs to the cocktail room at night. The cafe did change their menu a bit a while back but I still love coming here on the regular. If you're craving something sweet, you have to try their chocolate chip cookie (get it warmed). Whenever my friends visit from out of town, this is their go-to spot for coffee, espresso martini, and grabbing a quick bite. The inside (both coffee room and cocktail room) are so cute and fancier than you'd expect! Highly recommend coming here and checking out both the cafe and cocktail room! read more

This coffee shop for me was just OK. The aesthetics and the design are there, but the lack of authentic coffee shop experience is not. The coffee was good. The place could use a good deep cleaning as I was able to get good pictures you can still tell a lot of areas that have not been cleaned in a while. Customer service was good patient and attentive. I would come here just to take pictures or meet with friends. read more
What a hotspot! This is a great daytime coffee & lunch cafe option downtown. It's a bright airy space with beautiful boho decor and even some fun swings. I came here with the intention of coworking with some of my colleagues and I was surprised by how busy it was already at 10am on a Friday morning. There were very limited seating options available, but we managed to score two of the small round tables near the marble riser/bench thingy... wasn't the most comfortable but it got the job done. We ordered fancy cereal milk lattes, arugula salad, beef empanadas, super nova lox toast, and the turkey avocado handheld. Everything was just ok for the price, but the real star of the show was their truffle parmesan sidewinder fries with thyme aioli -- AMAZING! I was also pleasantly surprised by their beautiful pastry case stocked full of goodies like croissants, pop tarts, decadent cookies, banana nut loafs, brownies, and more. I would definitely return for the coffee & pastries. They also have a bar and serve cocktails, so maybe next time I'll opt for the espresso martini instead. Parking downtown is never fun, but you can either pay to park in a nearby garage or find metered parking along Pine street. read more
Cute little cafe/bar in Downtown Orlando. You would never guess there's a nightclub upstairs! In the day, they sell coffee and cocktails on the bottom with a limited food menu. I appreciate the QR codes when you don't want to order physically, you can order and pay through your phone. The drinks are good but man! They are so expensive. A drink ranges at least $13 a cocktail. The cafe is clean and has a bunch of decor to look at it so it will keep your eyes busy. I would definitely come here to relax. read more

I fell in loveeeee with The Robinson Cafe & Cocktail Lounge! This is by far the cutest spot I've ever been too. What a genius idea to have a cocktail & coffee bar in one spot. The aesthetic is very nice and appealing and the food and drinks are amazing. I tried the Pharmaceutical cocktail and it was delicious. I also ordered the Parm fries and are very bite. I can't wait to go back to Orlando to visit this spot again. My only gripe is that it's in Downtown Orlando and the parking isn't fun. read more

Sunday morning, downtown Orlando, hard to find someplace open. We chose The Robinson Cafe. It was great. They have print menus! I chose the breakfast eggs, delicious, especially the side labneh. We FINALLY made it here. Very upscale, nice place on Pine. Plenty of seating, the staff is all very well dressed. Also they have speciality cocktails and no how to make them. I am not sure how you get in if you are handicapped(?) The visible entrance is a very tall staircase. It was halloween weekend, do that is why people in my pix are "dressed down" lol. The cafe side of this restaurant downstairs has hands down the best espresso martini in Orlando. I love to come here and read a book or remote work from one of their couches during the day. The Turkey avocado sandwich, thick cut truffle fries, and fried cauliflower bites are to die for. The staff is some of the nicest in town and excellent at what they do. The entire place is entirely instagramable, with couches, great lighting, cute swing chairs, even a fountain. And the drinks and food are just as pretty. 10/10 recommend. read more

I've visited The Robinson coffee room on a Friday morning! It was pretty busy with most people working remotely. This place is extremely spacious with lots of seating, tables, and outlets. I ordered their Iced Robinson Latte which is their espresso, Amaretto syrup, and chocolate/mocha sauce. This was good and sweet! I also ordered their cinnamon roll but it was really dry to me, so next time I'd either opt out of getting their pastry or try something else. Service was friendly and it was just a dope atmosphere. There's also a bar to serve cocktails later in the day, and upstairs is their lounge area at night. I'll be adding this to my remote-friendly coffee shop list and next time I'll check out their lounge! If you're in the downtown area, definitely check out this place. read more
While waiting for my flight after a cruise, I took time to explore Orlando. Zooming down the street on a scooter, the aesthetic and curb appeal of The Robinson caught me eye and made me quickly park to go in. If a lives in the area, I could definitely see myself as a regular here. The space is so open and modern. It's a great place to work remotely or catch up with friends. It's even nice for a date. I ordered an espresso martini as I wanted alcohol but needed a pick me up as well. This is my first one and The Robinson has set the bar high as to what to expect next time I order one. The staff was also fanning over a particular dish that I didn't see on the menu. It was the chef's spin on their buffalo chicken sandwich. I believe it was only for employees however, we were able to order it after asking. Overall, The Robinson is a wonderful concept and I'll be sure to visit again read more

I LOVE this place. Whenever I'm downtown this is definitely a spot I have to add to my list. The cocktails are super yummy, and the bartenders are always provide speedy service. Came on a Friday night. Nice location upstairs with a pool table, dance floor, ambiance lighting, live music. Soon as you walk in the music and scenery captivates you. There's plenty seating at bar but limited tables to sit at, they do have tables for groups though just not large groups. The other waiters are friendly and the drinks are good. I started with the sweat the technique and it was delicious. Made with Japanese whiskey, it has a smoky taste with dried orange. A must dry for any taste bud. Reminds me of a old fashion. Bartender made me another specialty drink that was also good to try( can't remember name). Young professionals crowd. They offer vegetarian food options. Came here for a quick breakfast and left with an AMAZING experience. The decor of this venue is absolutely beautiful. You can tell this venue was made with class and carefully designed and a gem. The breakfast I had this morning blew me away as well. The potion size was excellent and filled me to the max. My partner thought the same as well. My wrap was packed with chicken,potato's and eggs along with sauce that I couldn't quite taste but if it was in here it was still good. My partner had the lox toast and that was delicious and as well it was very portion sized as well. I'm unsure of the other times on the menu. I had hot chocolate, it was decent and the mimosas was basic also. Much more juice than champagne, so in the future I'd rather just stick with the wrap that was suggested to me. A classy bar nestled in Downtown Orlando. If you like Hanson's or Mathers and don't mind spending a little more on hand crafted drinks this is your place and I highly recommend visiting. This bar is cute for a girls night or a intimate date. It's very aesthetically pleasing and trendy. I've only been here on two occasions and both times I had very tasty hand crafted drinks. The bartender both times had a less than friendly demeanor but they made up for it in their drinks. There are so many cool things to look at and cozy places to sit that are also photo ready. It does get very crowded at times and can be difficult to find a seat so I would suggest a weekday. I came on a weekend recently for my bachelorette and it happen to be disco night which was really cool but it was very busy as expected. read more
