The ambiance is greatttttt I loved the music and my waiter I think her name was Anabel was amazing and attentive.. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the real menu because of the chef's request once we placed our order so I had something from the late-night menu

This overall ambiance and vibe of this restaurant is fun and a little eccentric which I love. There is a lot of art to look at. The food is really good and their plating of dishes is beautiful (especially the desserts). The last time we visited, we were sat and drink orders were taken and the service started out efficient and timely. As the night wore on, it was a little more difficult to find our server to order more drinks or food unfortunately. It was a little more perplexing because it was not that busy at the time of our visit. The times I've come to this place have been when it's been more quiet like on a weekday lunch or weekday evening. I know they have other things that go on over the weekend so maybe I'll have give it one more try and see if it's just been a little off when I've eaten here. Not bad, just not great except for the aesthetic and overall vibe of the restaurant. I wanted to like it more than I did!

Overall fantastic choice for the evening. On a whim we made our way into the city for dinner and I gave them a call to see what they planned for the evening for entertainment and it was a live jazz band, we were excited! Arrived and we were seated with a fantastic view of the band promptly by the hostess. Our server was amazing, he was kind, attentive and always "Johnny on the spot". A notable point to me was as one of my refills for my old fashions was making its way to me, the bartender server came by with it in a decanter, she poured it and neglected a portion of that drink and was walking away with it...our server was quick to notice, and brought it back to finish my pour, that was the icing on the cake for me for detail. All of our plates were fantastic, I loved the display of the ceviche and it tasted great. The wild mushroom risotto was delicious and with the added truffle that was sliced and placed at the table side was delicious as well. My wife chose the scallop and lobster pasta which was easily consumed as well. All of the seafood was well prepared and fresh! Also notable for this, we are an alternative couple and without speaking to us, the jazz band started playing songs we knew but to a jazz tone which was just really fun to experience. Debonair we loved you and we will see you again

My friend and I wanted to take advantage of the bite 30 for this month. We reviewed the menus online and decided to pick this location because we liked the options. We made reservations for 6 o'clock on a Tuesday. I will say that the place itself had great ambience and a really cool vibe. We did also get cocktails, which were delicious. Unfortunately half of the menu items on the bite 30 menu were not available and had to be substituted. We were in there for two hours and there was no one else in there eating. Waiting for our food to be cooked was incredibly slow for being not busy. Our waiter was new and I did not have a problem with that. He was very personable, but he was not handling the plates of food properly and his fingers were touching the food. I would definitely recommend more training. Appetizers came out fairly quickly and it took almost 45 minutes for the main entrée to come out. We took dessert to go, so I can't review the dessert but I would not go back for a meal. I may go back for happy hour for drinks or maybe for entertainment to see the comedian and Music. Quite disappointing.

We had an enjoyable time spending my birthday dinner in downtown orlando. Debonair used to be a few different restaurants if I recall.. it's been some time since I've gone downtown. The environment was cozy and had lots areas that are very instagrammable. Live music was awesome playing some R&B renditions that featured a bass, drums, and vocalist that also played the piano. Everyone was singing along and dancing in their seats. I started off with the an old fashioned that was a little too sweet for my taste, but it was still a nice drink to sip on while we waited for our food. We kicked it off with the bone marrow paired with a few toasted baguette slices. It was tasty I just wish there was more of it. That meat butter always gets me:) We got the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Tray and the Rack of Lamb for our entrees with a side of Truffle Fries and Asparagus. The fried chicken tray was tasty small pieces of chicken mash and a piece of cornbread and some hot honey in the side. Slightly dry but it was still okay. The rack of lamb was cooked medium rare to rare and I had asked for medium. I still ate it as I was extremely hungry lol. It was still tasty with the mint pistachio sauce on it. I love my salt so I do wish I had a little extra salt on my mine. But I still finished it all. I also could have asked for it so that's on me. The asparagus had a hollandaise sauce in it which is new to me. It definitely gave the asparagus some great additional flavor. The star of the meal for me was the truffle fries. I wish I could have taken them home with me to snack continue snacking on. The portion was very generous. The dinner was over $250 for the two of us. The entertainment was amazing. And the vibe in there was very chill and comfy. For the food I do wish there a bit more of everything for the price. I did see also they had hookah available in the lounge area which is a plus. Overall, I had a great time.

This is my second visit in two weeks to Debonair and, yes, yes, yes! I recommend this restaurant. The restaurant is on the corner of Orange Ave and Church St. The establishment doesn't look like a restaurant from the outside as it is covered with fake foliage and it is so pretty. They have 2 separate entrances; one closest to the corner of Church St during lunch time and another closest to Cigar for the evening. I came during lunch time both times with coworkers. We were impressed by the classy and beautiful decor. The staff was very friendly, attentive and nice. They have several different menus available, but we were ordering from the lunch menu. Delicious food and reasonable prices. The owner has been there both times I've come in and he's was friendly and took the time to chat with us and tell us about the restaurant. He was great. We were celebrating one of my coworker's birthday and they brought a succulent free desert, big Happy Birthday sign, sparklers and they sang happy birthday. It was stupendous and fun. That made our day. Keep up the great work Debonair. I will keep coming to visit you.

What a great date night or friends hang out spot. We went after a Magic Game. We were worried about them letting us in because we weren't dressed up, but they did. It was live music for the first hour we were there (around 9PM) on a Friday Night. Then around 10PM it was a great DJ and it turned into more of a nightclub vibe. Still very upscale. The food was delicious and the service was great. If you want an elevated grown folks lounge with great food try them out!

The restaurant was nicely decorated. The baked oysters were delicious, the drinks were okay at first we ordered lemon drops but they brought us margaritas and then had to send them back. When the lemon drops came after a waiting a while it was pretty good. We all got the lobster pasta & all 3 orders were ice cold but after waiting so long for the pasta we ate it instead of sending it back & having to wait again. The lobster meat & scallops were tasty.

Amazing place! Words can't describe, just go experience it for yourself. From the live music, ambiance, customer service, excellent food, etc. It is nice to see that Orlando finally has places of the caliber downtown.

The ambiance and feel of the bar is very "sultry" and "intimate." The mood lighting, dark paneling/interiors paired with the bar itself being lit to be the center of attention, lends itself to the secretiveness and LURE that a modernized speakeasy would provide. I truly enjoy stepping foot into this little hidden, but NOT so hidden, gem (which can be accessed from the interior to Talay). Service can be slow at times - especially when they are busy. However, the staff is usually always gracious, helpful, and willing to serve. The few great mixologists I've met there have also been very willing to break down how they make their drinks and really give us a glimpse into their world. So, I'm appreciative of that. That is not something that you can always expect at bars. As for the drinks (and food I'll glaze over), I am usually not left disappointed. I appreciate that seasonally they play with their drink menu and introduce new cocktails. I also love a handful of their signature drinks on the menu. This may be the only bar I've had a drink with Aperol in it that I actually ENJOYED (and not tolerated). The pricing can get high depending on what you order, but for the area and the going rate of a night out, they hold their own. Definitely don't pop into Noir if you are looking for an AFFORDABLE cocktail experience because the tab will creep up on you. The food is OKAY. They share a kitchen with Talay and offer some items not on the Talay menu - which is nice. However, I rarely eat when I visit, so the few times I have, it's been okay. Nothing to truly brag home about. I am happy, though, that they did start offering food because in the very beginning (when they first opened), that was not an option. Anyways, Noir Bar is GREAT (to me)! I will keep coming here and recommending it to others. It's also great for a date night or night out with your friends. It's in a decent location - but please take heed of parking in this area, as it can be challenging to find FREE street parking. However, there is parking available all around and in various garages nearby.

Real good vibes. Orlando obviously has no shortage of places to eat, drink, and gather, but Alfie's belongs to that rare category of venues that feel equally at home in a major metropolis. It's the kind of spot that would fit seamlessly into Los Angeles's best neighborhoods: think Gold Line in Highland Park or the Vinyl Room at the Hollywood Palladium. Not because they're carbon copies, but because they share that intangible quality of genuine discovery and cultural curiosity. The crowd ( age range 25 - 35 mostly ) was genuinely engaged with one another. People were actually talking, actually present, not hunched over their phones. That alone felt invigorating. There was an undeniable spark in the room. Alfie's wasn't chasing trends; it was simply allowing them to emerge naturally. What impressed me most was how they brought it all together .. Retro stereo equipment and vinyl players from the 50s mixed with a bar area that's super sleek and modern. Conversations, music, the lounge itself .... all came together in a way that felt alive and IN THE MOMENT. When my LA friends visit, Alfie's is on the list. Go after 9 or 10 PM and plan to stay for at least two hours. That's when you really see the scene develop and come alive. Bring your ID: they card at the door. Even at my age, I still get carded. However, we initially entered to get a picture in the photobooth for our friends birthday. There was no one at the door checking IDs. After we all piled into the photobooth, someone walked up and asked for our IDs. He wanted us to exit the booth to get them. Eventually said ok because we had already paid and on a timer. But he was very impatient. Let me add that there was not a single person in the entire place. NO ONE. Let me also add that almost our entire group is almost 40. So we're obv not underage. With the way he approached us and was completely impatient, we were a little turned off and left. Which lost them money on our entire group. He followed us out the door as we left. It was a weird experience especially when there was literally no one else in there. The music was good but I doubt and of us will to back based on that experience alone.

Parking was easy with free spots in the back and additional street parking. We were a little unsure where the entrance was at first, but a staff member outside noticed and guided us right in small detail, big impact. Once inside, we were greeted warmly and seated immediately. The restaurant was lively and busy in the best way. It's an intimate space, but beautifully styled very much giving South Beach energy. Our waiter, Louis, truly elevated the experience. He introduced himself, explained the menu thoroughly, and made great recommendations. We opted for the Magical Dining $40 three-course menu along with the $30 drink pairing, which included a drink for each course such a great value. My meal: * Appetizer: Fresh ceviche with tuna, avocado, and watermelon light, flavorful, and unique * Drink: Floridian Slip refreshing and perfectly balanced * Entrée: Ropa Vieja - rich, tender, and paired perfectly with rice, beans, and Cuban bread * Drink: Funky - fruity with a nice kick * Dessert: Maduro Bread Pudding - sweet, warm, and indulgent * Drink: Coquito - smooth and the perfect ending Every single course was thoughtfully prepared, and the drink pairings complemented each dish beautifully. Our reservation was at 7pm and we didn't get seated until almost 7:30pm. The place itself isn't very big, it's cozy, cute and I liked the vibes but when the other couple we were meeting with showed up it did feel a little crowded by the host stand. The host was nice enough to give us a menu to browse while we waited and someone came to ask us what drink we would like to sip on (i really thought they were offering us a free drink for the wait, but later saw we were charged for them, no biggie but would have been nice considering we waited so long) Drinks were all so so good! No complaints there. We started with the smoked fish dip and ceviche which was different than your typical one, but refreshing! I had the skirt steak - it was flavorful but definitely heavy on the salt. I still really enjoyed it as well as the rice & beans. Hubby got the ropa veija which he enjoyed. Our friend got the osso buco which he liked, but said the chicharron was not good at all. We then had some pastelitos for dessert! They added a 18% gratuity to the check, which was fine and I appreciated them telling us as well as circling it. Overall I think it was really good but nothing out of the world, you can find similar food for much less at your other local Cuban spots - what sets the place apart is the drinks and vibes so if you're looking for the whole experience then it's your place.

We looked over the happy hour menu (good all day on Monday nights and Tuesday through Friday 5-7pm). We ask Mel about the "Bartender's Choice" selection under happy hour drinks. She said the bartender will mix a drink of their preference. The customer cannot choose the alcohol or any mixers as the bartender makes the decisions all by him or herself. Mel asked if we had any allergies or any other issues that might affect the drinks the bartender would like to make. We said we did not and we decided to take on this "choice" experience. Serena was the bartender of the evening and she did an amazing job. She mixed up various concoctions for us throughout the night (we ordered a second round after the first one) and we enjoyed every drink she prepared. The presentation of the drinks were also well done. Serena's cocktails consisted of bourbon, rum, and various ingredients which could include bitters, lemon, agave or other cocktail mixers. She was the bartender extraordinaire of the evening. For food, we ordered the half dozen chicken wings (2 orders since they were so good) and the pizza empanadas to start. The two empanadas had mozzarella cheese stuffed inside and were served with a warm marinara. From the main menu, we ordered the Faroe Island Salmon, which was served on a bad of risotto and tomato butter, with capers. The portion of the salmon was somewhat small for the price of $28, but it and the risotto were cooked perfectly. We ended the night with their signature drink, "Death in the Afternoon" which contains absinthe and is one of my favorite drinks here in Orlando. It was another five star experience and my friend found a new restaurant she now loves. All in all, a great night thanks to the attentiveness and easy-going attitude of Mel, our server, and the exceptional cocktails from the bartender, Serena. Thank you both for a job very well done!

We had to pretty much know what we wanted by the next time we saw our server or flag her down to get her attention. She was waiting about 4 tables on our area. We were party of two.

The drinks were great and the food was soo good that we still talk about it days later. He loved the bone marrow. Steak was perfectly cooked, tender and juicy. The cake was not my favorite at all. It took way too long to come out and it came out very cold. Not much chocolate flavor, too much salt. It was missing something. We will skip dessert next time.

Super cute bar and shop in East End Market!…read more We came in for an appetizer and a drink, while we waited on our reservation at Domu , and it seemed like a lot of others were doing the same! Our server was very kind and she gave us recommendations for appetizers and my friends chose the garlic bread and the whipped feta. Both were very delicious! The whipped feta had this sweet jam paired with it. I got a tequila cocktail, I forget the name, but it ended up being a little too sweet for my liking. Their little ship had cute Knick knacks and the ambiance was very warm and welcoming! I would love to come back to try more food and cocktails!

The Neighbors is a cozy little hideaway that's perfect for grabbing a drink after exploring the market. We had already eaten downstairs, so we just stopped in for a couple of cocktails, and it was the perfect way to wind down. The service was warm, friendly, and attentive, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. Just a heads-up: seating is pretty limited, so I'd recommend arriving a little earlier if you're visiting during peak hours. Whether you're looking for a pre-dinner drink or a nightcap after browsing East End Market, this spot is definitely worth checking out.
