The good: The driver operated the vehicle relatively safely from what I could observe from the back, and we did arrive at our destination without incident. The bad: I sat in the front of the limo (closest to the driver, facing backward). During the ride, I didn't feel any wetness on the floor, but when I got out at the wedding destination, the bottom of my dress was soaking wet with a brown/green liquid. I immediately asked the driver to look into the issue. I pointed out the floor vent under my seat and politely asked him to check what the liquid might be so I could quickly research how to remove the stain before the wedding started in two hours. He said "okay," so I waited on the side of the parking lot for him to turn the limo around and investigate. Instead, he simply drove away. The photos I've attached show him leaving without any apology, assistance, or even an attempt to see what caused the issue. I was polite and calm the entire time, even joking, "Hey, if you can just help me figure out what it is so I can save the day and get the stain out before the wedding, that would be awesome!" I made it clear that I understood accidents happen and that maybe he didn't know there was liquid there--but still, no effort was made to help. There may have been a language barrier, and I'm very compassionate about that. I actually teach English Language Learners, so I know communication is always possible if both sides are willing--but in this case, the driver chose not to help at all. Honestly, he's lucky the bride didn't sit where I did, because if her wedding dress had been ruined, it would've been a much bigger issue. Other notes: The partition was either broken or the driver simply refused to raise it. The advertised sound system was just a small boom box you could plug a phone into, and it only played music in one area of the limo. It felt pretty cheap and not what you'd expect from a professional limo service. Take a look at the limo itself in the photos, looks like it has been side swiped recently. This didn't happen when I was in the vehicle but it certainly says something about this company and the quality of Limo you'll be getting if you choose their abysmal service. Overall, this experience left a really bad impression. A simple apology or a few minutes of help would've made a huge difference, but instead, I left with a ruined dress and zero accountability from the driver or company.

Our evening driver threatened to leave our remaining guests, wedding party, bride & groom because he did not read the schedule provided by our wedding planner & AGAIN thought he had not been paid when he had. I am giving 1 star for the clean & pretty trolley, but the humans involved made for an honestly terrible overall experience. I would NEVER recommend Cloud9 for an important event. Our major issue with Cloud9 was attempting to pay them, despite a contract & down payment from us. They make prepaying quite inconvenient, so we figured with everything else going on, no big deal we will hand them a card on the day. We tried to do this, however, they had no way to accept payment, were not able to process the apple card & therefore wanted to take pictures of our credit card & IDs (uncomfortable). They then demanded a different card, which we provided. However since we had now provided my Father in Laws card & the ID was my husbands, they had a melt down about this as well instead of calming solving it. They angrily called our wedding planner incessantly. Yelled at members of our wedding party, including the groom, during photos. After this was "resolved" & paid (keeping in mind that they are walking away with digital images of our IDs & credit cards..) this information was not communicated with our evening driver, who was AGAIN demanding payment from my Father in Law in front of a trolley full of guests. The driver even THREATENED TO LEAVE our remaining guests, wedding party, bride & groom because he thought he had not been paid when he had & he ALSO had our scheduled times wrong. My Father in Law had to pull up his account statement & show it to the driver in order for him to take us home AT THE CONTRACTED & PAID FOR TIME. Our venue closed at 12, we scheduled our additional two hour time (for MORE MONEY, a part of our signed contract from months before the wedding) from 10:15-12:15. The driver insisted that we should have been back at the hotel by 12 & again threatened to leave. All of this, coupled with an unfriendly, bleeding morning driver leads me to this review. The trolley itself was beautiful, it is a shame that it was absolutely ruined by our experience with Cloud9 employees. Do NOT entrust them with any important events. Additional: 1. Including a screenshot of the "payment options" sent to us, with no "easy and fast online pre-pay" option. The FIRST card provided was given WITH a matching ID. Your company was unable to process this apple card due to outdated & lacking payment processing options. Therefore in the scramble of our wedding day, we provided a NEW card for YOUR convenience & did not update the ID that had previously been given. 2. These raised voice conversations occurred outside of the trolley and/or when no music was playing at all. It did not "come across as yelling" it was raised voice, aggressive yelling. 3. We informed the driver of the blood on his head. He was unconcerned & did not attend to the situation. Regardless of why or how this injury occurred, I consider in unacceptable to have uncovered blood at my wedding or in any other public or professional setting. Calls were in fact placed to our coordinator & our driver DID threaten to leave. You were not there. I was.

First, they refused to accept my Apple credit card because it doesn't have numbers on it (for security). The only way they would accept payment the day of was with a photograph of your ID and credit card, or cash. Really? You can't process a credit card without me giving a sketchy driver a photo of my ID and credit card? We came up with another credit card after having our wedding rudely interrupted by the driver and thought it was fine. Fast forward to the evening of the wedding. Cloud9 proceeded to call our wedding planner incessantly saying we hadn't paid them. At the end of the night, when the trolley was meant to shuttle our guests back to the hotel, we were told that we hadn't paid and they were leaving without us. On top of that they got the timing of the shuttle service wrong and tried to rush us out of the venue early. Not something you want to have to deal with on your wedding day! We finally got to the driver and showed him the charge on our credit card... they had been paid all along and made a giant fiasco out of nothing because they were greedy and impatient. Please, anyone planning a wedding, do not give a penny to these people--there are many better options out there run by much better people!

He was well-dressed and the limo was perfectly clean and well stocked with drinks. My photographer was actually the most impressed since he sees limos constantly when working weddings. He said he's seen many that are dirty, or smell like smoke. David drove well, knew his way around downtown, and had an umbrella over me the moment it started to drizzle. Fabulous service.
