DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Awful!!!! We got a call an hour before they were suppose to arrive that the bus we paid for wasn't available. They showed up late with an janky 21 passenger bus when we needed at 26 passenger bus. We had people from the wedding party not be able to get on the bus for pictures and didn't have transportation to the venue. Completely unacceptable. Not only did the wrong bus show up but the driver had the wrong address plugged in his gps. We showed up an hour late to the reception. I can tell you one fact in life that everyone should know, Dean the Bus Driver for Mane Limousine is the BEST bus driver. I take the Dean smooth ride to and from my office for my work commute on a daily basis. With a spacious bus crowded with a young and rowdy financial salesforce, Dean delivers hilarious jokes, sports updates and commentary, and a safe ride to and from my office. When I mentioned this guy knows his sports I definitely mean it. Dean is an avid Cubs fan with in depth knowledge and player and coaching inside information. You might even think that Dean works for the Cubs.. who knows he might drive Joe Madison?! I am thankful that I do not have to walk in the snow or sweat in the Summer heat because Dean is always ready and on time to drive myself and co-workers to our office which is 10-15 minutes away. Mane Limousine has multiple bus options for our large group and is happy to accommodate the group with any special requests. Talk about top notch service!! Sure I would love to walk from my Chicago condo to work in a Chicago office everyday, but we do not have an office in the city. Should have listened to my gut. When booking, it was difficult to get Kevin to call me back. Then, he charged my credit card before sending me the contract, which I naively chalked up to an honest mistake. Finally on my wedding day, I called to be picked up from the ceremony site and Kevin said he got the time wrong. Our contract and multiple emails stated 5:30pm pickup time. We were standing out in the rain for 50 minutes when he finally showed up at 6:20pm. I called multiple times during that window to at least get an ETA - no answer. I was almost an hour late to my own reception. When he arrived, I did not receive an apology or anything. I did not receive a follow up email with an apology. I called and emailed multiple times in the 72 hours after, requesting a refund. He will not return my calls or emails. Extremely unprofessional. Do not book. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible experience. The bus we booked broke down. Ok. No biggie. Issues happen. But the real issue was they never contacted us to tell us plans changed until my husband walked out on our wedding day to a small bus in the parking lot that wouldn't accommodate our party. My husband had to contact to the owner to see what the heck was going on. When the girls got on the bus and I asked what the plan was the driver looked at me on my wedding day and goes it's this or nothing so take your pick in the rudest possible tone. She then lied to my face and told me my husband was contacted this morning by then to approve a different bus. WHICH WAS NOT TRUE AT ALL!!!!! After the wedding we tried to contact them about payment reimbursement. They have a policy that it has to be with in 48 hours of the service so we emailed the Sunday after. Radio silence from the company. So once we returned from our honeymoon my husband called a few times and was sent straight to voicemail. Once he called from my phone (which was different then the number on our contract) the owner answered right away. FISHY. He claimed he has been meaning to contact us about a refund. BS!!! When we finally got on the phone with Kevin he said he did everything he could to be proactive about the situation. I was shocked to find out proactive meant the groom walks out on his wedding day to a tiny bus and HE HAS TO CALL THE COMPANY. The company never ever ever contacted my husband about the change. One of the truly worst customer service situations I had ever been in. Seriously use another company. After another screaming match of a phone call we finally got our money back, but that was with a major fight on our end because they continued to claim they did all the could. read more

I cannot say enough great things about this company, and after my last experience with them they will always be my first call for this kind of service. A group of my co-workers and I needed to get to the city for a Holiday Party and we waited until the day before until we realized that we needed to do something about carpooling and that nobody really wanted to drive all the way into the city from Naperville. I was sure I wasn't going to find anyone for the job, and if I did it was going to be super expensive. We weren't looking to spend a ton, but we wanted to have a good time and get to the city with minimal driving on our part. The gentleman who answered the phone was super friendly and I knew after ten minutes of talking to him that he was a great guy. Because we only had 8 people, we opted for a limo instead of a bus because it was a cheaper option. However, they surprised us and showed up with the party bus that we originally wanted instead for the same price. We had such a good time and many people in my party commented that the ride there and back was the best part of the night. The bus was clean, roomy and they had a cooler stocked with drinks for us. We could control the music from one of our phones and for minimal money we felt like VIPs. Payment was also a breeze too. We needed to split the cost 8 ways, and he allowed us to pay in cash versus making someone put it on their card ahead of time. They were prompt and friendly and I would love to work with them again. Attempted to call multiple times and had no success with an answer or a call back, Called from another number and answered right away. Was talked down to multiple times and was talked over as well. Requested a refund for some of the charge and was offered $50 which was nothing for what was missed. After a ton of research and countless inquiries to different limo and party bus companies in the area, my sister and I finally came across a flexible and affordable option! Insert Mane Limo. We were looking for a car that could fit at least 8 passengers and no break the bank. Pick up would be in Aurora at 8 pm, the limo would take us to Rosemont, and then drop us back off in Aurora at midnight. All the other companies we called were super expensive and charged $50 extra for each additional drop off (which is why we were just going to do one). With Mane Limo on the other hand, they let us do two extra drop offs at the end of the night (to Roselle and Naperville) for only $25 total! Pretty sweet deal. We were told since the limo had to go back to their Naperville location at the end of the night anyway, the third drop off was no problem at all. All pick up and drop off times were prompt, and we were even able to extend our pick up time by 2 hours with no extra charge! Our driver was super sweet, helpful, and flexible with scheduling. The car itself was really nice and clean. There was water, pop, and beer on ice for us to drink (included in the price) and we were also allowed to bring whatever other drinks and snacks we wanted. This was such a fun way to travel for a special occasion. At only $275 + tip for about 6 hours and 3 drop off locations, it's the best deal around. Plus, they hold the reservation with a credit card, but you can pay however you like the day of in person which is great when splitting the cost with a group. I highly recommend Mane Limo! read more

I highly recommend Mane Limousine. After a party bus failed to show on the night of my daughter's birthday party I called Mane Limo in hopes that I might be able to find a back up party bus. It was a long shot, but within 35 minutes Mane Limousine showed up in front of my house to take my daughter and her friends to a local bakery in downtown Naperville. I wish I could remember our driver's name, he was wonderful. I later found out he abandoned his Saturday night grocery shopping to come and save my daughter's party. It meant the world to us. I chose this service because I hadn't seen many reviews about people being forgotten on their pickup day, or being left deserted when they needed their service.... but that unfortunately happened to me! When I called to have my scheduled pickup (which I had reserved almost a full week in advance), I was greeted with an inquisitive tone from a dispatcher that didn't seem to realize I had a scheduled pickup. Once verifying I had one scheduled, I was informed that my vehicle was overheating somewhere and I would not have pickup. And of course, you'd assume they would have sent another vehicle the MOMENT they knew the first was out of commission... but apparently that was not their first thought. Instead, they thought that sending their other drivers back and not planning a backup was the best course of action. And I was further shocked to hear the suggestion from "KEVIN" the dispatch, was to try hiring an Uber - for about 3X the price. Not a good company when the first thing they do is not to try and fix the issue, but pawn you to another company. I eventually did get my ride, over 2 hours late and more money out of pocket (because they made me keep calling back from a payphone and wouldn't take my information of where I was waiting!) - But overall, a terrible experience from a company that made it VERY clear they do not care about the customer. We used a limo and shuttle for our wedding day. The shuttle was running late and some of the guests missed the ceremony because of it. The limo driver was nice but had very little knowledge of downtown Chicago so we had to direct him. Trying to get ahold of the company was difficult. Sometimes they would answer the phone, other times no. I had to call multiple times just to get an answer. I was worried up until the moment they showed up that they wouldn't. While the cost was reasonable there was a lot of unnecessary stress from it. read more

They were understanding of our rescheduling and were super accommodating. About 2-3 weeks prior to our new date, we were calling and emailing to confirm everything. We were not hearing back until 1 week prior when everything was confirmed and the group (Kevin, manager/owner), was very apologetic about not getting back to us. The day of our wedding we had 20 adults + a 7 year old in addition to 4-5 coolers we packed ourselves. We had space on the "Beast" bus (seats 26) to be comfortable. We hired Mane Limo to take 15 ladies to the Pink concert. Fred was amazing! It was even Fred's Birthday and he was working and made the night amazing! He was on time and also stopped for us to use the restroom on the way there and home. Let us crank the radio and party. On time, clean, fun, luxurious, safe - all these things made the experience worthwhile. 15+ teens enjoyed every moment of their ride to/from their destination - in fact, they said that it was the most fun part of the outing! The fun lights on the bus along with the soda/water and the bluetooth speaker were all hits with the teens. The driver was very professional, gave the teens his contact information (in case of issue or emergency while he was waiting for their dinner to conclude), and most importantly provided them a safe and FUN outing. Booked the party bus for our daughter's wedding in August. Arranged to split the time with 3 hours to transport the wedding party from the hotel to the wedding and then from wedding to reception with stops for photos. At the end of the night the bus returned to take them back to the hotel. Everything was perfect! Arrived on time, coolers stocked with drinks and everyone arrived safe and sound. I booked 6 months in advance and checked back several times to assure that our booking was secure. Pricing was much better than other providers in the area. The only negative was that communication was not always the greatest but at the end of the day the service was great and Shadow and Kevin provided an awesome time! read more

We used Mane Limo for a corporate meeting. We had a number of clients attending a conference at McCormick Place, but needed them out in the suburbs for a tour. Mane Limo was very accommodating - they picked up our team at the location specified (he even arrived early) and returned them promptly as well. I asked if it was possible to our company colors used to decorate the interior of the lime, and they did not disappoint! They did it completely free of charge and our customers even noticed. Their rates are reasonable and fair. Suggestions: Offer email confirmations and keep a price list visible on your site for customers. PS - Kevin in incredibly kind and gracious. Let me first start by saying, I usually only use Yelp to write good things about people. I take no satisfaction in damaging the reputation of anyone's livelihood on the internet. However, I feel my experience needs to be shared with anyone considering Mane. I hired Kevin for my wedding to transport guests from the hotel to the venue and back. Mane did a great job getting everyone picked up and to the wedding on time. Our agreement was the bus would be at the venue at 9 and start making trips back. The reception went until 11:30, Kevin acknowledged the night before that there are usually a group of die hards that stay late, so he would ensure everyone got picked up. His driver made his last pick up at 11:10 and never came back. Several of my guests had to pay for ubers to the hotel. 25 of my guests, including myself and my wife (the bride and groom!) we're left high and dry. Extremely embarrassing and unacceptable. We then negotiated a new rate based on his performance and I ended up getting charged twice that amount. Kevin, although acknowledged he had dropped the ball, maintained a relatively indignant attitude throughout the whole process. I hired him based on his positive reviews and rating on yelp and ended uo absolutely regretting hiring them. Do yourself a favor, pay a couple extra bucks and go with someone else. read more

I've always wanted to ride in a limousine, however most companies charge a good price for rides so I've always avoided using a limousine service. I was traveling back from work and decided to use a limousine service since my company was paying for transportation. After researching a few companies I decided to book a limo with Mane. The plan was to pick my girlfriend and I up, then one more stop to pick up another couple and off to the airport for our trip. I booked a week in advance and we went over departure and arrival times numerous times. The morning of, we were standing outside awaiting our limo 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time of 6am. 6am came and went. No limo. I called their number and nobody answered.
