I ended up going with them based on the superior reviews, even though it was a little pricier (though not much) than some other companies with some negative reviews. That was definitely the way to go! I appreciated the ease of contact before the wedding day and that David, our driver, arrived right on time the day-of. He was extremely courteous and professional. He was well-dressed and the limo was perfectly clean and well stocked with drinks. My photographer was actually the most impressed since he sees limos constantly when working weddings. He said he's seen many that are dirty, or smell like smoke. David drove well, knew his way around downtown, and had an umbrella over me the moment it started to drizzle. Fabulous service. We paid $300 in advance for a round trip. First he charges us twice making up some crap about the wrong billing address even thought the payment went through both times. Then on they day of the reservation he changed the price to $300 just one way. That was not our deal and it even says round trips on his website. Finally we asked for a refund and haven't got it so far. Don't be fooled by the 5 star reviews. If you give a bad review, he will call you and harass you to take it down. This company is disappointing and will ruin your special night leaving you scrambling to find other arrangements. I booked Loyalty Limo for my birthday. They had exactly the size of party bus I wanted, and their rate was very competitive. Juan, our driver, did an awesome job. Despite our level of "party" going on in the party bus, we felt safe with Juan. I thought glassware was usually included, but maybe that's just with regular-sized limos. We had such a great time that we want to do this again in a couple months. While looking for a limo company for my man's birthday, I came across Loyalty Limo here on Yelp. Initially I found a few companies and called to check rates -- and I have to say, Vince not only was extremely helpful, patient, and courteous over the phone... but he also gave me the best rate out of all the companies I called. On the day of the limo pick-up, Vince text me to inform me who the chauffeur would be, and to give me his contact information. About 10mins before our scheduled pick-up time, our chauffeur, Mr. Dario, was in front of the house waiting patiently (in the cold, I might add) for us, to open the door and provide excellent service. I really appreciated the fact that the heat was on in the limo (I HATE the cold), we had a nice bottle of champagne waiting for us, the music was on... and also Mr. Dario had all the details of where we were headed so I didn't have to go into any details as to where we were going. At the end of the night, I simply text, Mr. Dario (who was "waiting in the wings") was there within 2 seconds of me texting him. Mr. Dario got us home safely even though it was snowing. I would highly recommend Loyalty Limo to anyone!!! We booked Loyalty Limo for our May 10 wedding in Evanston and we had a great day with them. We wanted to make sure to use a local business, rather than some national company or fleet service, and the owner Vince was very helpful via email prior to booking. He even met us on a nasty Sunday morning in January so we could see the stretch Navigator before booking. The limo arrived well in advance of the scheduled time on the day of the wedding, well-stocked with our requested beer list (which comes at no extra cost!). We had a mix of craft beer, cheapo beer, champagne, hard cider and soft drinks and they had no problem stocking up for us. The limo was comfy for our 12-person wedding party and the driver was helpful and courteous. Loyalty Limo's prices are much better than most of the other limo services we looked at, with the added benefit of hands-on service from a local small-business owner. We recently used loyalty limo for our wedding to drive the bridal party around the city and take pictures before dropping us off at our venue. Maybe we just had a bad employee but we would not recommend them to other people. I'll start out with the positive. The limo was on time and clean upon arrival. The two stars mostly has to do with the driver. Neither the bluetooth or pandora were working to play music when we got in. We asked repeatedly for help on how to fix this and we were either ignored or told "it works fine". After about an hour of tinkering with the bluetooth we eventually got it to work. We also needed to pick up one of our photographers along the way, and he was extremely uncooperative about it. He completely ignored us when we tried to point her out to him and get him to stop the vehicle so she could get in. We weren't looking for a chatty limo driver as we were socializing with each other but the lack of decent friendliness and professionalism was quite disappointing. One other note was we had 11 people in what was supposed to be a 14 passenger limo and were jam packed in. Just something to note if you're planning on using that vehicle. There was a backseat that 2 people have to sit in that makes it hard for them to socialize. Overall not the worst experience we've ever had but we would not use again. read more

Best service at a reasonable price! I used them for my boyfriends birthday and we could not be any happier! I had heard about Loyalty Limo from a friend that had used them for a bachelor party. He had nothing but good things to say about them so I gave it a try. Have you ever been in that situation that you order a limo and you never hear from the company and when the time approaches for the Limo to come your heart is pounding and you are anxiously waiting and praying that the limo actually comes? Well that is NOT the case with this company! They verified the address and time of pick up a couple of days ahead of time and made sure I had a contact number so if anything happened I could let them know. They made our night amazing and stress free! When the Limo dropped us off at a Lounge in downtown we had asked to be picked up again at 2:30 am. Well one our friends had a little too much to drink and I called the driver and asked if he could pick us up at 2:00 am instead so that we could get our friend back home. The driver was so nice about it and he asked if I wanted him to come back right then and there. YOU WILL NOT REGRET IT IF YOU GO WITH THESE GUYS! Amazing service!!! I had the pleasure of using loyalty limo's service on a few different occasions and I will definitely be using them in the future as well! Their service is incredible! If it were possible to give this place zero stars we would. We paid upfront for round trip service to our WEDDING and they didn't show, not once but TWICE. After apologizing for running late, they told us in fact the problem was that the limo wouldn't start and they had to cancel...45 minutes after our pick up time. The entire bridal party of 12 had to hop taxis to the reception and were late to our scheduled photo session. They sent an apology text and explained that they would not only refund us in full but send a pick up limo free of charge. Well that didn't happen either! We had a grand exit planned and had to wait in the lobby for another 45 minutes before giving up and taking yet another taxi in full wedding attire. To top it off they haven't even refunded us. Vince took the extra time to calculate the deposit so we were left with an even balance for the night of our event...it was so much easier to collect the cash this way! It's all in the details, and Loyalty Limo doesn't skimp. We originally planned three stops on our way home, but at the last minute decided to cancel one of the drop-off locations. I reached out to Vince and he happily agreed to use the extra time to take us on a moonlit cruise through the city before heading home. We drove by Navy Pier, Soldier Field, Millennium Park, Buckingham Fountain...it was incredible. The day before the event I received an secondary email confirmation with all the details and a friendly confirmation phone call the day of. I recently used Loyalty Limo for my wedding on Oct 12. After calling around a couple places, I decided that Loyalty had the best package, and Vince was the most responsive. He put me at ease that things would go the way I wanted. Day of the wedding, I received an email first thing in the morning to confirm when and where the limo would make the first stop to pick up my bride to be. Limo was on time and clean. After the service we wanted to drive around a little and take some pictures. Our driver was very friendly, and even had a few suggestions of his own. He dropped us off at Wrigley Field and knew he couldn't park there, so he gave me his cell number and drove around the corner to park. When we were ready, I gave him a call and he was back right away to pick us up for the next stop. Second stop we ran into some problems because it started to rain. So we decided we wanted to drop our photographers off at our hotel, and since we still had some time left, I asked if we could just cruise down Lake Shore for a while. No problem. All the drivers have been wonderful, the limos and party busses are really nice, fancy and clean, the price is reasonable and they have always been available when I need them. DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY! I booked a 29 person party bus in April for June 10th to take my entire family to a wedding an hour away. After I paid the deposit it was nearly impossible to get a response back from Vince. I had to change the schedule a couple of times and it was like pulling teeth to get him to confirm it. So a week leading up to the date he told me they do not take cash anymore (unlike what their service agreement states) and that I had to pay by card. I told him that is not what the agreement says and that I didn't have $1,250 in my account for that transaction. He agreed that I could pay in cash the day of...then I receive a phone call from my bank stating that loyalty limo tried to run my debit card!! I was very upset but just overlooked it because I had 19 other people taking the bus with me and we were all excited. Fast forward to the day of the wedding. We have family ages 14-70 waiting for this bus (one of whom has to use a wheelchair so I made sure the bus would accommodate that)...1:30 comes around and this filthy outdated bus shows up and we see the driver get out and check the engine. We had to go outside to talk to him and he claims that the A.C. went out and that the engine was overheating on his way there. I told him to call Vince immediately because we needed to go...he then says "I don't know any Vince" loyalty limo hired another company to come pick us up and take us because they were overbooked! I then tried calling Vince numerous times with no response...my husband ended up texting him and the coward answered that and said he would issue a full refund. Uh duh Vince!!!! The owner of the bus that showed up to take us also could not get ahold of loyalty to see what they wanted them to do to accommodate us. I still have not been able to get ahold of loyalty limo on the phone or through text and the payment I made has still not been refunded. We had to all pile into cars and drive to the wedding ourselves which made us all miss my cousins ceremony...something none of us will ever be able to see again...and Vince just takes no responsibility for that at all.
