When I got home (I live 30 minutes away), I realized they had reissued the registration for my son's car and kept my classic Camaro registration with the sticker. Now I need to spend another hour driving back and forth to get the original registration back. I could have not gotten it more backward if I tried. Nothing on my son's needed to be changed.

I made an appointment to have new tires put on my truck over the phone. I was told over the phone…read morethat my total would be 855 out the door. When someone tells me that to me that means after ALL charges that's the total, but when they told me the total it was 905. When i told them the quote over the phone they said that didn't include mounting balancing and tax. I have had a a lot of tires put in before and all other dealers tell you the installed price. So why would a company try to scam an extra 50 bucks from you just to get a bad review? While I was there they tried to convince an old lady that she needed a brake line fluid flus. Who the hell has ever even heard of that. Then the guy who is putting on my tires just leaves the shop right in the middle of the job on his little e bike and leaves me waiting there while he is off doing who knows what. WTF who does that? They told me my appointment was at 11 and finally after two hours I get to leave. If that's the shady way they do business than that was my last set of tires at Mavis. Do yourself a favor and go to Alray. Every time they tell me a price on tires that's what I pay. I'm pretty sure that's what people expect, you know doing what you say your going to do. Who would have thought that.

went in and ask them to check and confirm about why my car was having an issue to drive and…read moreaccelerate but all they did was say we aren't sure what happened and reset my VSA reader when I ask about that and why my car is stalling to accelerate only to finally get them to check it a 3rd time in one month and then they finally say oh we can run a diagnostic test, then they finally told me what was wrong and it was the timing chain, so I was wanting to get that done after I make the money only for them to say just let us know when you are dropping off and after a few hours at work to set my PTO to drop it off that day and called them about 2 hours in they said oh you are going to drop it off today? let me check something only to tell me come drop it off after a week, and when I finally was going to get that chance my car finally died on me and when I let them know about it they say oh ok well, you are scheduled to get your car worked on but if your car won't start it could be another issue as well and so we won't be able to get started for another 2 weeks...wow...because they want to delay and not understand to do a full diagnostic when I first asked my car wont start and they are wanting to delay it for another 2 weeks that's a total of 2 months of waiting on them to figure things out and last time or maybe it feels racist because I'm a gay Asian man so they don't bother to care because I always went to them before it was handed over to the new owner and the old owner knew what he was doing and would check everything and let me know what they fixed and when they notice something they would tell me additionally, not just ignore their customers emergency issue to a 3rd come back
