The aesthetic here is modern, chic, and clean, and the service matches the vibe - professional, welcoming, and attentive. This is definitely a spot I'll keep coming back to during my stay. The distillery created an experience that went beyond just great whiskey,it gave people a place to connect, relax, and make memories. The Stave was a cozy spot inside West Fork Whiskey to sip crafted cocktails, while the Mash House offered food that made it easy to spend an entire afternoon or evening at West Fork. Even if whiskey wasn't your drink of choice, West Fork was a welcoming destination for everyone.
