Saw this place last year and didn't get a chance to go in. Restaurant Bar is definitely someplace I'd hang out. Locations a great view overlooking the water. Service was fantastic and both dishes were had were very good. I just loved the corned beef and cabbage. My wife really like the chicken pot pie.

We had the Reuben sandwich, Guinness Stew w/ side salad and Irish Red and house IPA for refreshments. The food was delicious. Our server Max was spot on and checked on us regularly. This place really shines though in its ability to deliver an old world pub style feel along with spectacular views of the bay.

This place is amazing. In fact, we come here every year when we vacation on Orcas Island at least 2-3 times per trip, so at the ferry dock, we met a really sweet couple and suggested this place and guess what- we saw them there (hi Corgi friends!) Anyhow, back to this restaurant- every single thing is delicious. We've tried everything, and you cannot go wrong because whoever runs the menu is a genius. The view is beautiful, you can see the bay and we often see eagles. Staff is fast, friendly and efficient. Portions are big, prices are fair and we've never had to wait for a table. Seriously, if you visit Orcas Island and don't eat at least one meal here, you are missing out.

We came here following a recommendation from one of the groundskeepers at the Orcas Hotel (shoutout to Stewart), and we were so happy we got the chance to try this place out. The views from here are the BEST. You get ocean views from corner to corner, and the vibe is super chill. We were here on a Monday evening, so it was a bit empty, but I could see this place getting super busy. It's large enough for events. We ordered: -Fish & Chips - Fiancé recommended I get this since he read it's a hit at this place, and I kind of regret it. It was good, don't get me wrong, but there were other dishes I wanted to try as well. I should have gotten the Guinness Stew, so we'll have to be back to give it another go. -Corned Beef Hash - Fiancé loved this; he says it was filling and flavorful, so if that's your thing, I'd recommend this dish. Irish Coffee--We felt like we should have just ordered these the whole time, mainly because it was closer to evening, and we were getting a bit tired from hiking earlier, so this woke us up. -Guinness and a few other beers The host and servers were all super nice and quick to help us out, but they were just not very chatty. A few people started a conversation and got quickly cut off, so this may not be the place for that. The bar was full of locals, so I can see this spot as a fun place for locals to meet up during the week. Highly recommend, if you're ever in the area. We noticed there is another restaurant with Bay views as well, but these guys are smack dab in the middle of the water views, so if you want that with a classic pub vibe, this is a good place to check out.

Went on a clear Friday evening and chose seats by the window. The view outside was gorgeous, facing the fishing bay with calm waters. Server was attentive and ordered shepherd's pie that came out promptly. It was as expected for typical Irish bar fare yet not too filling. The only thing that bothered me was a few tiny flies that kept buzzing around. Perhaps it was because we were sitting by the window.

Service - The two men who juggled seating, bussing, and serving on a busy holiday weekend evening handled the crowds like pros. We waited longer for a table than we did for our food and it wasn't long. Food- top notch....super fresh, generous portions, and perfect amount of seasonings. We started with Irish rolls which basically have Ruben sandwich ingredients tucked into a fried wonton. Holy moley, we were shocked and impressed with how delicious they were! I like how they used a Dubliner cheese instead of Swiss. Then, we had the beef stew, chicken pot pie, salmon burger (big slab of salmon), and the Ruben sandwich. Ahhhhhh! It was as delicious as the view was gorgeous. We will be back!!!

I would eat this Shepherd's Pie every single day if I lived here! The Poutine was also very tasty.

The fish and chips was under cooked inedible unless you removed the doughy coating. Overpriced for the poor quality of the food.

New Leaf Cafe is the nicest restaurant in town that was open those days. TLDR: Breakfast is better than dinner here. Dinner items: - Beet salad - excellent - Clam Pasta - it was good - Vegan Roaster Cauliflower with hummus and harissa sauce - cauliflower was a bit mushy for my taste. - Cod - it was ok, pricey for what it was - Shishito peppers - good - French onion soup - too salty - side of potatoes - delicious Breakfast: - smoked salmon bagel - so good. loved the house-made bagels and house smoked salmon and heirloom tomatoes. This is an elevated smoked salmon bagel. - Mushroom egg omelette - also incredibly delicious. The potatoes that came with it were also so delicious Highly recommend both breakfast entrees. If you had to choose, I would prioritize breakfast over dinner here. Breakfast is also more lovely to enjoy the view and the stained glass and art inside. Although breakfast at Brown Bear Bakery is also wonderful. Service was good for the most part. During one dinner, there was a very long wait between appetizer and our entrees.

Having made reservations beforehand, we were really excited to try this place out. The servers who greeted us were really nice. The restaurant had a beautiful dark interior that gave off a cozy steakhouse vibe. They even offered to take my coat, how nice of them! Despite the hospitality, the food did not really live up to expectations. I got the birria, and while it was okay, it definitely wasn't worth the price I paid. My girlfriend's scallop crudel was almost as pricey and it did not even fill her up. I believe the bill for our whole meal (including a mocktail) was over $80. This was definitely not worth the price point paid for, considering that we were not fully satisfied with that meal. Regardless, many thanks to the Monti staff for having us.

First visit and I'm smitten. Great decor and service, but the meal really distinguished itself…read more First course was a fennel shaved salad with exceptional flavor - don't be dissuaded by the reference to anchovy dressing - it works magnificently and nothing overpowers. The chicken liver with summer tomatoes was magnificent, even if they needed an extra slice of sourdough to finish the plate. The star was the roasted pork belly. I've had many in my day but this was the crown jewel of belly's - succulent, tender inside and crispy edges, and the flavor was off the chart delicious. Rigatoni with lamb did not disappoint and pasta was cooked to perfection. Saved room for chocolate mousse and it was excellent and not too sweet. Wine pairings supported the wonderful meal. I look forward to returning and trying all the dishes we didn't select. This place has it over Rosario and Madrona. Your wallet will be lighter but not unreasonably so.
