Allie is such a kind soul----amazing, warm and knowledgeable. She took her time to explain everything, answered questions, and demonstrated proper use of the whitening product. I had to wait for like 10 minutes because there was another client ahead of me. So, Allie gave me a free lip treatment!!! I'm a patient person and I would have waited an hour just to be in such a pleasant environment and out of the scorching heat. The a/c was glorious. The space was immaculate----I felt like I was in a luxurious spa. My teeth were super yellow from smoking cigars for the past two years. Knowing that I was getting my teeth whitened motivated me to finally quit smoking. My teeth were soooooo yellow it looked like I was eating nothing but cheddar cheese all my life. I just knew that I would have to have several sessions. Turns out, this first session was enough to catapult me out of cheddarland. Allie took my cheddar cheese grill and turned it REALLY white with just one session and it's very noticeable. Without smiling and just talking, they gleam. I feel like a celebrity. Really. I will come back for maintenance, as they have several products that you can buy to use at home. One of them can actually plug into your android or iphone for use on the go! I really appreciate that Allie did not pressure me to buy nor did she try to upsell me. I hate that crap! Instead, she educated me about how to maintain my new smile and showed me what products they had in order to do so. I can go back to get special toothpaste, the on the go whitener, etc., on my own time without any pressure. This was a revitalizing experience and I am a lifelong customer now. I plan to bring my daughter here before school in the fall because she just got her braces removed. I'm so happy that I found The Gals here in the Bronx. The shop and service is reminiscent of the most upscale of places in Manhattan. The Gals have a price to die for-------because they charge upwards of $500-$1,000 in the city. After researching on Groupon, Yelp, etc, I found Whitening Gals on Facebook. I saw a special ($89!) introductory rate and texted the number. At first, I was weary as I texted a number and then was asked to pay using Quick Pay, but I asked for more information and was given details and the names of the owners. I read some more reviews and decided to go for it. Allie and Sasha were super friendly when I arrived. Allie made me feel very comfortable as she knew what she was doing and seemed trustworthy. They start by having you clean your teeth (even though I had just brushed). Then the tooth exposing plastic piece goes in and they apply the gel, along with protectant for your lips and gums. Then the light goes on and you just sit for 45 min. There was music playing, the chair was very comfortable and I was in a semi-private area with a room separator. I just played on my phone and listened to music until the time was up. After, you rinse and apply Vitamin E to your gums and lips and you are good to go! The results are subtle and show up better later on. I experienced slight tingling afterward and some sensitivity this morning when brushing but overall, for the price, I love the results and the experience. I would definitely go back for a touch up! I purchased a Groupon for a 3 session whitening package. The coupon said to call or text for an appointment. I texted them at 9:30PM and was replied to within 5 minutes. I was able to get an appointment the very next day. The facilities were clean and spacious. I was setup within 10 minutes of walking in the store. The ladies in the store were courteous and attentive. When I was done, they took a picture of my results to post on their instagram. I wasn't too satisfied at first, but the next day I was much whiter. I went back today for my final session and noticed that my teeth were pretty white. I am a actually not afraid to smile. They probably have not been this white since my teenage years. While my teeth were not B1 ( whitest you can get them), they definitely were at least 5 shades whiter. I am extremely satisfied. Best whitening experience!! I found this place on accident and it is by far my best whitening experience. My old placed closed down (I think) and I was trying to find a place with an affordable price and comfortable seats. I purchased the VIP and its worth every penny. I feel no pain and I have the results I want. NO PAIN and I think it is because of their procedure. They allow you to put the treatment on your teeth. Because I made sure not to get it on my gums, it helped a lot. This is the first time I dont have any pain. The location is far for me but it worth it!!!! read more

I went to the Yonkers Ridge Hill office. Sasha was super sweet! She made me feel very comfortable and she was very informative. The session was quick, painless and the results were awesome. I would only suggest that after the session, there should be a way to incorporate rinsing out the gel as opposed to just wiping it off. Although ingesting small amounts of peroxide is not harmful, I would also suggest some sort of system where we could safely eliminate as salivating increases instead of ingesting it.
