The second time was perfect, and they did a great job on my nails. They scheduled me a follow up appointment saying they could "undo" the toner with something that would not cause damage, literally half my hair has broken off since that visit, and they toned EVEN DARKER! They left me with toner for longer than I've ever been left. And the whole ordeal ended up costing over $215, looks like shit, and has ruined my hair. The owner reached out to "try something else" but 0 trust given that "second try" resulted in, I kid you not, 50% of my hair breaking. I look like I have a mullet now. Awful experience.
