I bought a Squirrel Buster Plus bird feeder from here 5 years and 9 months ago and remembered that…read moreit had a lifetime guarantee.  I remembered this after a presumed raccoon finally knocked the feeder down enough times recently and over the years to warp the ring that the birds perch on.  I called the store and friendly staffer Cheryl answered, looked up and confirmed my transaction just by my name, told me she had a replacement ring and set it aside with my name for pickup.  She also offered to install the ring if I brought the feeder in.  I didn't need to bring the feeder in and just picked up the parts, but was quite pleased with the service for this lifetime guarantee program and in doing business with Wild Birds Unlimited, both now and in the past.
