When I arrived a bit early, the shop was still closed. I waited for a while, then texted to confirm I was in the right place, and received a kind phone call apologizing--turns out there had been a small miscommunication, and someone was on their way. They arrived quickly and were genuinely kind and apologetic. It did cause a bit of a timing crunch (the card I'd written got a bit messed up in the shuffle, and I ended up improvising), but the bouquet was so stunning it made up for it. I wish I had taken better photos, but I was rushing to get the flowers to her before her birthday morning started. She loved them. What really stood out to me, aside from the bouquet, was the care they took after the fact. I received a heartfelt voicemail from the team explaining what had happened--it was someone's first week, they were so sorry it impacted the experience, and their sincerity came through.
