I know it's a local watering hole and old customers are nice to have but the rest would like equal treatment.

We ordered drinks that took a bit to come out and for food, I ordered the Cranberry Gorgonzola Salad, my friends ordered the Chicken Wings and Fish and Chips. Our food did not come out at the 35 minute mark, we actually ended up waiting 51 minutes. Waiting almost an hour for your meal is wild -- our waitress did check on us a couple of times, but I just cannot get past the wait - 35 minutes turning into 51 is a long time to wait. Now if the food had been worth it, I probably would have been fine with the wait, but it unfortunately it was not. The chicken on my salad was iceberg cold - it was also in larger chunks so a few pieces were tough to chew and overcooked. The Westside Pavilion in Tuolumne, CA, is owned by the Tuolumne Band of Me-Wuk Indians - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tuolumne_Band_of_Me-Wuk_Indians . In the past number of years the Westside Pavilion has hosted an array of shows including Snoop Dog, Pat Benator, Peter Frampton, Smokey Robinson etc. As a venue - Westside Pavilion is solid. There is lawn seating. There is free parking (though it does get busy for big concert events.) There is plenty of room to move around. There is grass to lounge on. The sound is on point. And throughout the recent festival that I attended, the trailer style bathrooms were easily accessible, well-maintained, and air conditioned. Once the sun sets and the stars illuminate the sky, Western Pavilion is quite magical, but as a daytime summer venue, it can get uncomfortably hot. I recommend coming prepared. The festival I attended was well organized, but mother nature's heat is definitely something to consider. For a cooler time - be sure to bring a hat, a fan, drink plenty of water (the colder the better), and pace yourself. Despite the strong sun that attended in full force at my recent visit to Westside Pavilion- I am thankful that I got to experience this venue first hand.
