Cool spot. Very small, but cool. My friends are in a band and they happened to be playing while I was in town visiting, which is how I found myself here. We arrived earlier in the evening before the music started so we could hopefully grab a table. Thank goodness we did because the space filled up fast. It was so crowded it was hard to move around. From what I heard, they usually have the band outside, but since it was raining, they were crammed into the very small corner in the back. Aside from the space being tight, I had a good time. I don't drink beer, but they had other options for me to chose from. I particularly loved the boozy kombucha they had on tap. They ran out early in the evening, so I was only able to grab one, but it was really good. They don't serve food, but they allow you to bring outside food in. The staff was busy, but they were friendly and answered questions I had. Lastly, the sense of community amongst all the people there was obviously special. Everyone seemed to know each other, which is a cool thing to experience. read more

Not did I only gomet a t shirt from here but they're right next to a delicious restaurant!! That is BOMB I think they're somehow connected? The servers are extremely nice and let you take like little shot glasses of all the different types of beer to sample it (which there are MANY) to decide which one you want! Very fun, I'll definitely do this again! The ambience is super casual there might have been one couple while my friend and I were sampling some rounds before getting a sandwich at the restaurant next door, but they were delicious! 3 1/2 stars. 20 beers on tap, but no stouts and one porter. Very limited seating inside, but plenty outside in the breezeway. No good served, but plenty of places nearby to get food delivery. $9 for a pour is more expensive then I have ever paid at a taproom. The also have wine and a few canned beers in the fridge. This is an all-around great place to hang out. First off, everyone is friendly. Start chatting to the folks next to you, and you'll have a lively conversation with locals and visitors. Nights with live music are best, brings extra people and extra energy. Wednesday open mic night is always fun, with performers that range from pretty good to rising stars. The staff is great, there's usually about 20 beer/ cider/ seltzer selections on tap and typically there's a couple of NA options in the fridge. read more

Great little spot we stopped in for a drink or two. First things first they had no non alcoholic drinks (I cannot drink) the night I was there, which was fine. But she said she normally does. It was a busy weekend so I was alright...the group I was with all had a great selection of beers to choose from and even some kombucha. We were on vacation, walking up and down Washington Street checking out antique shops and we happened upon this super cool taproom. When we got there it was about 5, the place was mostly empty, and the beer tender (Jeffery I think, I hope) was happy to talk to us about everything they had to offer. He recommended a seltzer from Crow & Wolf and we got to reveal we were extremely familiar with it as it's made in the town we live in. After that we were fast friends & once we learned open mic was happening later in the evening, we decided to stop our shopping and just enjoy some good beer and good vibes for the rest of the evening. When we got hungry, Jeffery recommended a pizza place up the road and kept a spot waiting for us when we came back. It was an awesome evening just listening to all the talented musicians at the open mic, enjoying their very good selection of beer, and having our fill of pizza. If I lived in this town, I think I'd be there every other week. read more

Great selection of beer. Plenty of places nearby to get a bit to eat. We had a burger from diamond back grill which complimented our beers perfectly. Live music the evening we were there. Service was excellent. The tap room itself was small but there was plenty of seating at the outdoor patio. read more

This place is awesome. we stopped by on an impromptu adventure and ended up drinking the day away. Luckily for me they also have Kombucha on tap which is awesome because I could still sip and socialize without stressing about the long drive home. Absolutely LOVE this place! Been there 3 times and every time the bartenders are extremely friendly! They are so so happy! What is that! Why can't all bartenders be like that! My husband and I had a great time here on a weekday afternoon. Just got a couple of beers, and they are partnered with vineys so you can order some appetizers and they bring them over. Love this! Best part is the table games. Just the right amount of fun. The beer selection is great, and the beer tender actually knows about the beers they're selling, and actually cares about your likes dislikes and makes reasonable recommendations. Either she was the owner or they have high expectations of they're pouring staff whichever it is I was pleased. Yep thumbs up. read more

Luckily happened upon this taproom on a trip to Sonora. So glad that I did. The Sonora tap room was hidden just one block off the main street of Sonora in a cute alley. The sign and giant chalkboards in the alley grab your attention and ask for some interactive love of the Sonora tap room and things you are grateful for. Inside you'll find a small tap room equipped with awesome decor, great beer selection and games for you to play. Each table had a jar of trivial pursuit questions which made for more fun which leads to more beer. There was a makeshift bloody mary (beer) bar which great add ons to your sunday bloody. The bartender was nice and helpful. This is a definite stop if you love beer and want a nice place to hang out with a friend or two. Highly recommend. read more

I was in town for the weekend and it was a Thursday night, so I decided to take a walk around town. I happened to enter this establishment looking to try some cold beers. Now, when I travel I always look to try some local brews because I am a beer connoisseur. The bartender, Tianna, who I will say is awesome, suggested to me this Hazy IPA, which was delicious. Now, I had to order some food on the side, and so I ordered some garlic bread sticks, which were brought from next door as they don't have a kitchen. They were good but that's not what I'm going to be basing this review on. The next beer I tried was this pumpkin beer from Anderson Valley (not a local brew), which was good, and before I left, Tianna suggested to me to buy a beer to go from their fridge as that particular night they were 15 percent off and she suggested to me this Cream beer from Bear Tent (a local brewery from Jamestown). I have not tried it yet as I am typing this review but I will at some point down the line. Overall, the homey feel and ambiance is what makes this place awesome and is the reason I'm giving this place a 5. The people here are so friendly and the halloween decor was a great touch (I'm typing this review about a week from halloween) I will be returning if I happen to pay a visit to this awesome little town some day. read more

My husband and I enjoy coming to the Tap Room. Tianna and the rest of the staff are very cool and a lot of fun. It's a very chill place to hang out with friends. I enjoy the on-tap kombucha. It's so delicious. My friends and I played Second Saturday last night, the crowd was amazing and so generous to us. We stayed for comedy night. The comics were hilarious. We came to this tap room by recommendation a big group of us. Our first thought was its a great place! talk to the the owner then playing some games group got little loud owner rudely ask us to quiet down why because we are Mexican we consume more than the other people that where there upset that we had to experience this at the end of the day we where the bigger person and left in peace. read more

Really enjoyed visiting this cute little taproom! I loved the car-themed seats and spokes on the railing. The vibe was cool, but I wish it was more open and bright. I also loved that they had a ton of games, and a jar of trivial pursuit cards at each table. Although I was content to enjoy my drink and the crossword puzzle book I nerdily bring everywhere with me. The bartenders that helped me were both fantastic. The woman that first helped me was engaging and friendly, and let me try the rose and kombucha before I chose what I wanted. I love that they have more options than just beer (which I can't have). The watermelon kombucha was SUPER delicious and refreshing. The place might be small, but they have a clean, spacious bathroom. They also have plenty of seating without feeling too crammed in. The girl with the dogs right before I left... I loved. I mean the dogs, not the girl. I barely knew her. BUT PUPPIES. I wasn't able to finish the story he was telling because a party of 10+ showed up. However Nick the entire time was on point. A Welcome find on a hot day. They have only been open about 3/4 months but they are off to a great start. I love that they had a good variety. A lot of IPA's, but plenty of other options to satisfy. I told they guy behind the tap my preferences. He picked out a flight for me to try and did a great job to match my taste. My friend, not a beer drinker asked to try some of the wines behind the bar and was accommodated with a hand picked flight. This place has a good vibe and I understand they play live music on some evenings. I don't live in the area, but I will be sure to go back when visiting. Definitely give it a try. read more
