Definitely a hidden gem. Gives that local bar vibe. I can definitely see that this place has a lot of potential to gather locals and youngsters for events. Only came here during the day visiting town and it was definitely lonely and quiet to enjoy a peaceful day if that's what you're looking for. Wasn't expecting how great their ice cream was too! What a hidden gem. If you love the nostalgia of oldschool video games and air hockey this is the place for you. A cool place for a first time date or something interesting to do with you husband or wife. We stopped by just for the perk of a scoop of ice cream but ended up having a blast on a few of the games and food. If we had a driver we would have stayed for the wine bingo and karaoke. The service was also top notch. We ordered a banana split, chocolate , and coffee ice cream. Looking at the calender this place has tons of events and live music. Food is AMAZING!!!! I come here all the time and eat and play bingo on Thursday nights. And if karaoke is your thing, thursdays at 8pm. Seriously though, the food is off the hook and cannot be compared. But nothing of the kind you can compare too. I've tried the hot dogs, the pizza, the specials and the Mac n cheese. This is the place to be if you want to just have a good time with family and friends. This was a treasure find for me as I was just passing through town. Plenty of things to keep you occupied: billiards, arcades, table tennis, darts, music and plenty of selection on the food and beverage menu. Staff is friendly and very welcoming. Nice venue and easy parking. I joined in on their Thursday night Bingo game tonight and it was fun! Prizes like gift cards and a free game of pool or their food items. Fun place. I've been here twice and enjoyed myself both times. It's a little East of town but definitely worth it. 4 Regular pool tables and 2 Pinball machines. We had a wonderful time. They do have music now and then. EDM was on the menu last time I was there. The staff is friendly and helpful. :) read more

5 stars to the employee that was working alone on Sunday July 14, 2024. To start, the AC was out and it was the hottest day. The fridge was not cold enough and the beers were not very cold. The vending machine food had expired. The police came in looking for someone. Ok so these 4 things made for a stressful work environment. Some of which I hope the owner takes care of ASAP. None of these things were the fault of the employee. This guy was nothing short of kind, accommodating and apologetic. He was sweating his butt off making sure to prepare our lunch and meet our needs. We stayed for quite a while, the kids enjoyed the games and we sat in front of the fan and enjoyed the surroundings as they were. When it was time to leave the worker was still apologizing that we did not have the most stellar experience there and refused to take a tip. We noticed later that the card was charged minus the exact amount of the cash tip we made him take. He used the cash we gave him and put it toward our bill. Are you kidding me! What a great guy. We do not remember his name but if we get a reply here with it we will be sure to revisit and get him the tip he deserves. I hope the owners know that you have a great guy working for you. read more

Went to the Game Room for the first time last Sunday for trivia night. We were warmly welcomed and had a great time! Seriously, a great time and look forward to coming back. There were lots of pool tables and it's much safer to play pool here than some other places I've been to in downtown Sonora. The food choices were very good, and well priced, especially since they don't have a kitchen. The owners definitely took the time to come up with food options that would work for many people. I loved the wings! They also have a deal with Mike's pizza next door and you can go order and bring back did from there. Looking forward to checking out the other events there. First off I would rate this place less than one star if there was an option. Second the lack of professionalism this establishment offers is second to none. To be questioned on payment after already providing payment without being provided proof of purchase by employee/owner leaves one in a quandary as to how this establishment is ran. Also when asked about said payment owed the establishment spokesman states " I'm not 100% sure if the bill is owed or not...." So why verbally engage a customer with such uncertainty publicly....? On another note being served food on soiled towel table covers has to be against health code regulations and is one of the most unpleasant experiences I've come across while dinning out. read more

Great place to visit with friends. Low key. Usually never crowded. The owner, Gus is very friendly and informative especially when giving instructions on a particular game. Crazy good beer selection, over a 100 different kinds. Cheap snack bar. Has Juke box.
