Their foods is delicious and the kids menu is great too! They also always have a large selection of beer on tap.

The food was average at best, and the service was awful. Person bringing our food spilled my red soda all over me. He brought back some napkins and quietly mumbled he was sorry a couple times, then left. Waitress brought me a dry towel to put over my lap. Other than refilling my soda that was it. No apology from the manager, no discount on my meal. They also didn't try to clean up the floor so when we left we had to step in sticky red puddles. I was just really surprised that we didn't get a discount or even an apology from the manager. The food isn't so good that I need to put up with bad service, so I probably won't be back. The Old Hometown. The old Pizza Hut! Now home to Jenison's 1st true restaurant. The Atmosphere is very Simple. Not super original, but it works. I ordered the Maple Bourbon Bacon Wings and The Mac N Cheese Burger with fries. The wings were goodish. I didn't fully like them at 1st however i liked them better as I ate more. I realized it was because the sauce is very subtle. Not bad, just subtle! The burger was was good, just too much. Too messy. The juice of the burger and cheese of mac n cheese just oozes everywhere making it really hard to eat. I ended up deconstructing the burger to eat. The burger itself was very good and cooked just right. The Mac N Cheese was excellent and should be offered in adult portion size. The bacon was thick and very good. I would get a burger again, just not the mac version. The fries had a different taste than normal, not my favorite but tasty. As a side note the grenadine in my Cherry Coke was excellent. The service was super friendly and did a good job keeping my drink full. Overall 3 3/4 stars which rounds up to 4. Would I return? Yes and No. If I was in the are then Absolutely I would. Management seems to neglect and ignore customer complaints often siding with the wait staff and not even talking to the customer concerned. I will not be going back to this establishment ever. I would not recommend this as an eatery. There are better establishments to pick from. If you don't believe me read some of the managments replies to reviews on his own website. I'm giving them three stars only for the quality of the food. The service is great, the atmosphere is good, and I like how they set up a waiting area. We did not have to wait very long for our table. Our server was very attentive and very friendly. The food was bland. Flavorless and not even close to how it is described in the menu. The Reuben had hardly any sauerkraut on it, the Georgetown chicken was dry and the pickled chicken sandwich had no pickle flavor whatsoever. I did like their fried pickles. Not sure it would be my go to place but I would not say that I would never go back. They need to work on adding a little more flavor to their food because they got everything else right. read more

They also have a great selection of beers and keep the menu fresh with seasonal offerings. Pickup was fine, although the manager was incredibly rude and unclear with the process and where I should stand as other patrons were entering to be seated. I don't believe they were adhering to any reduced capacity guidelines. The food is always good though. read more
