'The Chance' (as I affectionately refer to it) is steadily making allot of positive changes and the hard work is paying off! This local, neighborhood bar has been one of my go-to watering holes for years. I've gone through a few remodels with them but this current design and layout is the best one yet. It feels clean, open, and airy now. They have really stepped-up their commitment to craft and local beer with a plethora of different options on tap now as well. They will even fill up your growler, which saves me a trip downtown to one of the breweries. Like a little kid, I got onion rings and chicken fingers last time I was in and loved them. They chicken fingers weren't overdone and the onion rings were crispy and light. And of course, I got a massive cup of ranch. With craft beer and tasty favorites, consider me a life-long customer!

The Cheese Burger was most Excellent. Served with Catsup, Mustard , and Mao on the side. I asked for medium well and that is the way it came. Has a nice slice of onion along with it. I caught a dill spear hitchhiking along with the burger. The fries were exceptionally good. Not one bit greasy. Washed it down with a Founders Backwoods Bastard. Absolutely will be back to the Last Chance!

Slow service/30min+ even when not busy. Higher prices. Less quality of food and smaller portions.

Nice little dive with a very good beer selection and affordable drinks. The food is typical bar food. Trivia Tuesday is a ton of fun

Good selection of great beers on tap. Limited menu and strange music, but I liked the neighborhood feel.

Welp. Another brewery with some of the best food I've found. Beer was good too but holy geez, the…read morefood! BEER: I went with "The Vast Skies" which is described as a "hoppy amber ale". Coming from someone who loves a hoppy IPA and an amber, they combined my two worlds into one. So, it was a natural easy love. For my next, I went with their "Blinky's Black IPA" which was good but got more a weak porter feel than IPA. Like I said, it was good and I'd drink it again but with that expectation. FOOD: I went with an olive burger with be try fresh and real ingredients. The burger itself was full of flavor; add the rest of it and it was phenomenal. If I had to complain about something, I could have used a touch more olive sauce. Now the egg roll... I went with the "Guava the Hutt". I'll just say, I ordered two to go in hopes I can resurrect them in the air fryer later. The back half of the building is a pickleball area and the front half is the brewery and restaurant. Very cool look as they have a few shipping containers as sitting areas. Plenty of seating where I didn't feel jammed in. Also, a few arcade games. The service was friendly but know that it is minimal as you will order from the QR code at your table and order drinks at the bar. Definitely worth checking out and plan on returning.

We split the sliders and the pierogis. The sliders were prepared perfectly. Grilled onions were excellent. Soft buns. The pierogis were a fusion. Elite Elote. They were fantastic the pickled onions were incredible. The line crema was also very good. I had the Koellefornia Kolsch was a fantastic beer. Very refreshing crisp taste. I wished I lived near this place I would be a regular. Thanks for a good time.

This place is an awesome, eclectic, and personable spot with incredible food as well as service…read more The BIzzy Grizzys or whatever they called them were one of my favorite appetizers ever, and I don't typically like things like that. At first I was hesitant because of the price, and it being biscuits, but they made me eat those words and more. It was like a large biscuit muffin top with jalapeño, cheese and honey glaze (I think) and it came with a white cheddar cheese sauce to dip it in that was outrageously delicious. For a guy who hates cheddar biscuits, I've got to say I'm blown away. My wife ordered the steak with fingerling potatoes and carrots. It was on the pricier side, but yet again well worth it. The steak was cooked perfectly, and the veggies were pretty good too. They had live music playing as well tonight. It was a jazzy kind of vibe and it didn't over power anyone talking or anything. The guy had some serious skill too. To top it off, we had some pretty killer service from everyone there. From the hostess taking our names, random servers walking around, and our fantastic server (I forget her name but she was blonde and worked upstairs and had a a really great attitude. The expo or food runner dropping our food off anticipated us possibly needing an extra plate and brought one without asking which was super awesome and ended up coming in handy ( I knew my wife wouldn't finish that steak alone) and she brought it without asking and was ready with a smile to get more. I used to be a GM (I hate when people use this saying but...) truly I know how hard it is to find good workers and the folks running it here seem to have it down. I come from a place where you have to drive 100 mi or more for average service. So seeing exceptional service is really almost too good to be true. I'd definitely stop in for a bite. It's worth every penny. We'll be back for dessert, they have seasonal crème brûlées!

I dined at TOG today for a business lunch and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing…read more At the end of our meal, I asked for a to-go box because I had barely touched my food. My guest and I spent most of our lunch talking, and I left with nearly an entire meal. About 20 minutes after leaving, I realized I had forgotten my box and immediately called the restaurant to see if it was still there. The young lady who answered the phone asked where I had been seated. I explained that I was at the very first table at the front of the restaurant. Within seconds, she told me there was nothing there. Her tone made it clear that assisting me was not a priority. Given that the hostess stand is located at the back of the restaurant and I was seated at the front, I do not believe there was enough time for her to actually check before dismissing my concern. After I sent an email regarding the situation, the hostess responded that she had walked through the restaurant looking for the box. Based on the timing of our phone conversation, I find that difficult to believe. In her response, she also stated that she checked with the servers after our call had ended, which suggests that no real effort was made while I was on the phone. What is most disappointing is that I am a regular customer. Today, I paid $56.00 for lunch for myself and my business guest. Between a server who was largely absent throughout the meal and the dismissive interaction when I called about my forgotten food, the level of service fell far below what I have come to expect. Everyone has an occasional bad day, but customer service is often defined by how issues are handled after something goes wrong. In this case, I felt dismissed rather than helped. Unfortunately, after today's experience, I do not plan to return.
