I requested a quote online over the weekend and received a call Monday morning. John set me up with an appointment and ordered the windshield then and there. What was the most helpful that he called my insurer while I was on the phone with him. My insurer told me that the crack had to be larger than a silver dollar to cover replacement. They went on to say that Blue Chip was not a partner of their insurance company. I asked the insurer if that meant that they wouldn't cover the windshield if Blue Chip replaced it. John promptly jumped in and told me that the windshield would be covered 100%, but that the warranty would be covered by Blue Chip rather than my insurer. I appreciated the clarification. He told me that there would be zero out of pocket cost to me. The insurer told me that the repair would be covered and John did the rest (which was literally everything). Blue Chip replaced the windshield right in my driveway, again, at no cost to me. The service tech, Dan, was on-time and went out of his way to answer my questions, like calibration of the camera. Since my vehicle was newer, it had a camera for emergency braking and adaptive cruise control, which required calibration by an authorized tech when the windshield was replaced. Blue Chip took care of that as well. Dan showed me where the camera was mounted and why it needed to be calibrated with the windshield change. Dan was professional, competent, fast and friendly. In the end, I got a shiny new windshield installed by professionals at no cost to me. I have found my permanent glass company!

From the first meeting, he was on time, focused, and genuinely cared about finding the best solution for us. What really impressed us was that he never acted like a salesperson -- no pressure, no upselling, just honest advice and real expertise. Another thing that stood out is that Hektor was hands-on throughout the entire project. He did the work himself with the help of his team, but he was clearly the one leading and making sure every detail was done right. He even came back to go over details in person and worked with us so we could pay for materials with our credit card, which made things so much easier to manage. Even when Phoenix had an unusual week of rain, he stayed in touch to make sure our materials were safe. Once the weather cleared, he showed up right on time, suggested raising the patio height (which turned out to be the best decision ever), and coordinated the stucco work so everything looked seamless. The patio turned out beautiful, and he followed up afterward to make sure we were completely happy. Justin replaced the windshield on my 2015 Stingray at the dealership under warranty repair. He was very patient while I took pictures once the old glass was removed so I could help the GM engineers. I traded that in for a 2017 Grand Sport, and when the rock chip (the car was less than 2 mos. old), cracked and started to spread, I made sure my insurance claim used Justin. He is polite, professional, and does super quality work. Knowing he used to do the vettes at one of the performance driving schools here in the PHX metro really helped me feel at ease as well. Justin has been doing my windshields on all my vehicles for about the last two three years I would request him by name from the previous company he worked for before starting his own business he always does a good job always leave my car better than how he found it. He goes the extra mile and has no problem accommodating my schedule is very flexible and open to meet me at work or wherever my car is and that's quality that you just don't see that much anymore. The Windshield Repair Guy has been doing my chips for many years. I recently had a large rock hit my windshield and thought I would need to replace it for sure. I called and they came out the same day to see if it was repairable. I honestly cannot tell you where the chip was. Somehow they repaired it to beyond my expectations. 2 months after purchasing my Chevy Silverado my windshield caught a rock right in my viewing area. I didn't want to replace the glass and break the factory seal, but the chip was bad and I was skeptical about fixing it. Justin didn't push replacement and said he could definitely handle the repair. I've since referred my son, my brother and several other family members to her shop. And here's the best part, that most people don't know, because I have glass coverage and live in Arizona, I didn't have to pay anything because in Arizona most insurance companies don't make the customer pay the deductible for their windshield replacement! (Keep in mind, they give you a 4 hour window when they will come during so you need to be at home that whole time waiting for them, so that added up to 12 hours of my time) The manager Doug said all of this was somehow my fault and that he knows my husband's family and "doesn't want to get them involved." How unprofessional. (Look at how many other 1 star reviews mention how rude Doug is). Offered me a $50 gift card for the inconvenience, but never gave it to me.
