She gets back to you quickly, provides answers to your questions, gives quotes on OEM and after-market products, and schedules appointments. On every occasion she got us appointments that worked great for me in regards to day and timing. I mean almost immediate appointments were scheduled after receiving some good news -a quote that was easily $100 lower than a competitors price for the passenger window. A few hundred dollar difference for the windshield too. I only learned that when I was mistakenly provided a windshield replacement and calibration quote from competitor when I had asked for price on passenger window. On both recent occasions the service actually came directly to my location. Ryan called as anticipated, notified me how far out he was and arrived within the time expected. From start to finish he got the damaged glass removed, replacements installed, finishing the repairs, then wrapping up by processing payment. Polite and professional all the way. For the windshield, it had been completed on Wednesday the prior week. Caleb, of the Calibration Crew, called to notify me he was on his way shortly after the installation was finished. He was given keys, took vehicle for a drive around the area and was prompt in completing the calibration process. This included in the price of replacement/repair. 5 * for Prompt, Same Day, Service and Competitive Pricing.

Dear Lord, did I get a run around big time from the Service Writer and a Service Tech. New windshield for $1,000. Honda windshield on back order. The Service Writer charged me $180 for diagnostics, advised it would be a few days before the glass company the dealership uses could get to my car. The technician threw the parts of the camera and bracket on the front seat of my Civic. My insurance agent contacted ProView Auto Glass & Tint for me. Landen was assigned to come to my residence to survey the situation. Yes, the Honda didn't have the original factory windshield, a new windshield with a bracket molded to it wasn't necessary. Landen had the adhesives necessary to re-attach the camera's mounting bracket to the glass as it was when I bought it four years ago. He then calibrated the Lane Drift Warning and the Forward Collision warning, the purpose of the camera. For various reasons those cameras can lose calibration. Calling around dealerships, the prevailing charge to re-calibrate is $350 plus. ProView was far less costly, their technician - Landen - came to my residence; and road with me to test his work. Both Forward Collision Warning and Lane Drift Warning work as off the showroom floor. Broken windshield and sensors located on the windshield, tell you insurance claims representative ProView Auto Glass & Tint are the best place to get the job done.

I submitted my info and Will (the owner) got back to me the same day. He gave me a call and even helped get connected with my insurance to submit a claim. It was so simple and it was all done in 10 minutes! He asked my availability and sent his techs out to my house when it was convenient for me. They even have an in-house technician who can calibrate the new windshield (which was required per my insurance) to ensure safety on the road. I had another cracked windshield less than a month later. I texted Will and he got right back to me and I got it replaced and calibrated again all fully covered by my insurance. All in all, I spent $0 and had an amazing experience. I've been so impressed by Will and ProView's communication, kindness and professionalism. I will continue using them for all windshield needs in the future and would recommend to anyone in need.

They wanted me to come back a THIRD time to have one of their "better" installers do the work, but I accepted a refund and sincere apology instead. The first time I was in, the installer soaked my armrest so badly it made my shirt wet and caused damage to the arm rest material. A different company had zero problems and took a fraction of the time at a lower cost. I personally asked the installer for the different company if there was anything difficult and he looked at me confused. He said there was no problem tinting the windshield. Therefore, I feel like Xclusive lied to me and was using subpar installers. The only positive thing to share is that the tint on my side and back windows came out nicely.

I was in and out in under two hours. While they had it up on the lift, they replaced four hangers and made sure the 3" exhaust pipes in my 66 GTO were still positioned correctly. I know this, because I had to go under my own vehicle and torque the nuts to spec after driving 500 miles, which is recommended. I mentioned this at the time of install and the guy told me that they would be able to handle it for me for FREE when the time came, which I think should be expected considering that every new exhaust should have this treatment. Instead, when I called back they told me that I would have to pay, and then couldn't even give me a straight quote. I was only able to reach two of the nuts on the exhaust, but they didn't need any tightening luckily. Here's to hoping that any other nuts are torqued to spec, because I can't afford to be overcharged at this point in my life.

I did not use this facility to paint my bumper, I didn't even take the car in physically for the quote. I sent in a few pictures for a quote and Chapman decided that they needed to report damage to Carfax. I am not anti Carfax, I just don't think the scratch warrants a report and I would have liked to have known that simply asking for a quote would elicit such action. I am pretty annoyed for sure, but I would be enraged if I ever intended to sell this car. I thought others might like to know before making contact with Chapman. Cheers

After I submitted a complaint about unresolved repairs, the owner sent me this message:…read more "If anything, sir, you owe me money for your right rear door lock actuator. If you would get off your privilege high horse, you would see the situation for what it really is and not for what's convenient to you." I had been nothing but respectful, patient, and fair. This response came after the shop had already received thousands of dollars through my payments and warranty claims. Before service, I provided a detailed one-page summary, reproduction instructions, records, and videos. My liftgate would not open automatically, but it still closed correctly. The shop diagnosed failed struts and charged $1,681.77, stating that replacement would fix the problem. It did not. Afterward, the liftgate also stopped closing automatically and had to be pushed down manually, leaving it worse than before. At the first pickup, the vehicle's locking system was also worse. Before service, the vehicle could at least lock. Afterward, the passenger doors were not functioning properly and the entire vehicle would not lock. I returned three times, made nearly five trips to and from the shop, spent over $200 on Ubers, and waited there for hours. During the second visit, the mechanic and I reproduced the same originally reported problems within seconds using the instructions I had already provided. Because the first warranty claim had been closed, I was charged another $500 deductible. The front-door now creaks when closing. The owner acknowledged the noise in person, and promised to fix it but never did. The owner eventually ended the repair relationship and refused a refund for the unsuccessful liftgate repair. My complaint was about unresolved repairs and documented expenses - not anything personal. Responding with insults and a demand for more money was completely unacceptable. Based on the unresolved work, repeated inconvenience, refusal to refund the unsuccessful repair, and the owner's response, I cannot recommend this shop.

Halfway through the inspection and conversation, the estimator casually drops the bomb: "Trying not to sound like a shyster, but BTW, this doesn't cover take-off and reassembly, shop materials, supplies, additional prep work," etc. Suddenly the "starting at $200" turns into hundreds more in mandatory add-ons that were never mentioned in the ad or coupon. This is classic bait-and-switch tactics--lure people in with a low price, then hit them with surprise fees once they're committed or already there. The base price is meaningless because removing/reinstalling the bumper is almost always required for a proper repaint (to avoid overspray, ensure even coverage, and meet manufacturer standards). They know this, yet they hide it to get you in the door. The advertising is deceptive and predatory. If the real cost is $500-$800+ after all the "extras," just say so upfront instead of tricking customers. I walked out frustrated and went elsewhere. Avoid these guys if you see their coupons or ads--they're not honest about pricing. Read the fine print (or lack thereof) and get everything in writing before proceeding. There are plenty of reputable shops that don't play these games.
