The beers are experimental and creative with their beers making some pretty unusual beers that taste great! We have had three of their beers so far on two separate occasions and both times the beers were very impressive and enjoyable! One of the beers we had was the Thumb Ring. A Wild Ale that was excellent. It was aged on peaches, blackberries and coconut. Flavors featured with this beer are tartness, peachy, cherry and a hint of purposeful mustiness. Wit Bat was another beer we had. Also a Wild Ale this beer was wonderful also! Flavors to find with this Ale are tartness and jam like. The jam like qualities come from the marionberries and the Coriander brings it an extra depth. A very effervescent and elegant Ale. The third beer we had was the Earl of Tenmile. This was a Sour Ale with flavors of tart, sour, some sweetness and a clean finish. It is a blend of two and four year spontaneously fermented Ales. Such great beers and ales Draper has to offer and I would love to continue to explore with more of their beverage options which I hope would be in the near future.

Issue is, the napkins are super cheap and thin and there is no public restroom or tap water to get the sticky mess off of my hands. I used the bottled water I got to put little bits in my hands at a time and use 25 napkins. I felt silly leaving such a mess (contained to the to go box it came in) but I wasn't left with any other option. I'd come back again if they remedy the sanitary issues (offer wet wipes??) because the flavor was good and staff super nice.
