I was quite happy with my visit here. The wings are good not great and bit on the small side. I really enjoyed the fries tho, wing shops generally have trash fries but not here. I had the lemon pepper and ranch wings and both were full of flavor. I would definitely recommend this spot. read more

Lenwood Crumb here to tell you that The Wing Bar in Atlanta's East Atlanta Village are the best wings in town! The staff is friendly, they have a TV inside that played a show that made me laugh (can't remember the stinking name of it for the life of me though), and of course the wings are fantastic. I eat pretzels all day so I can stave off hunger pangs in order to get as many wings as possible right when they open. Ever since my wife left me, this place has been a godsend. Never will I wonder what's for dinner (if it is Wednesday through Sunday, that is)! The answer is The Wing Bar! Get your tale over there and gobble em up ha ha ha (a little poultry humor for ya). My daughter and I ordered from here because of the reviews, we were disappointed!! Our wings and fries arrived overcooked and hard.

Let me start with the positive: the young lady at the front counter was definitely a sweetheart! The establishment was clean and neat. I went to this establishment due to the high score but I was definitely disappointed in the wings. I ordered lemon pepper all drums (no up charge for this) but they were burnt and no lemon pepper taste. The wings were overcooked and not good. I could tell the grease the wings were cooked in needed to be changed (the grease taste old). Unfortunately I won't be back to give them a 2nd chance. I wish them the best of luck! read more

It was a beautiful Sunday afternoon and I wasn't sure what to eat for lunch. Sooooo I just decided to "wing" it and try this place out. At first I felt a little too chicken :-) to come to this place since there are so many crappy wing places in Atlanta. However, this place exceeded every expectation that I had. The wing size was perfect, sauces were flavorful, texture was crispy and the prices make me not want to cook wings myself. I meant to post my review on Wednesday when I made my way to The Wing Bar. Outstanding customer service from the time I stepped in. I placed my order once I got there and the wait time was minimal. I tired to wait until I made it home before taking my first bite, but they were smelling so good, I had to nibble at the light. I was able to save a few til I got home. The wings are delish. I wanted half lemon-pepper and half mild, but I believe they misunderstood because the two sauces were mixed together. I never tried it like that, but I'm glad I did. I got medium heat wings and fries. It's pretty clear the fries are frozen in a bag. The wings were very small, a bit over sauced and a little overcooked.
