Saw their business on Groupon to replace cell phone screens and called to ask a few questions. I was told I would be honored the same Groupon price to replace my cracked cell phone screen, the approximate repair time is 30 minutes, and that I could just stop by anytime. So I did just that, and they delivered as promised. The repair took about 20 minutes. They charged my drained phone until it was on so I could test the screen before payment. I would not recommend this place. She may "fix" your phone, but it often ends up worse than before. Cracked screens are replaced with cheap parts that break easily, and she may say there is nothing she can do. This seems like a scam be sure to read the reviews before going. read more

this woman is a complete con artist. she "fixed" my iphone 6s plus screen for $85, and proceeded to tell me if i had any issues to come back in. of course, i had issues so i went back in. she told me to look at my receipt and all sales were final. she offered to 'fix' it again for "only $30", when it was her fault it wasn't functional after the first time. long story short; my screen still doesn't work and clicks random buttons whenever it wants, and this shady woman has taken me for $120+ under the guise of being a local, reliable business. Bought a used phone and 3 days later half the screen went black. When i originally bought the phone the woman said to come back if I had any problems, but when I did she was very rude and said there was nothing she could do except for buy the phone for 5 dollars or for me to pay to have it fixed. Groupon had special, they said if I use Groupon it would take longer for me to get the ipad from repair. So i didn't, they charged me $58 flat to fix, not bad at all. So I got the ipad back and it looked great. Then I cracked screen again and told them my fault so they fixed it for $50, thank you... Three days later I was cleaning the screen and noticed a hairline crack in the middle of the iPad which is virtually impossible to do, so I went into two different stores and they both told me that it was installed wrong and It should be under warranty, Brought it back and Paola said she'd have to wait for the owner to come back and see what he said and she said that she would probably bring it back to the manufacturer of the glass to see what they say so I left the iPad and did not get a courtesy call back 2 days after I had to call them and to find out that they wouldn't fix it that it wasn't their problem and there's nothing they can do about it. The glass was cheap cause the original glass lasted 3 years before it took some wear and tear. ..they don't take credit cards probably for a reason so that you don't do a charge back....and if you look at not recommended reviews Paola the lady that works there WROTE HER OWN POSITIVE REVIEW..not good business....be aware of shady business read more

Used to be a huge fan of this place...kind owners and quick service. Replaced my screen 5 or 6 times here and each time was a good repair. Last time I visited, I replaced my iPhone 6 screen for the 3rd time...as soon as I left, my Touch ID was no longer working. I was going to bring back the next day but they were closed due to it being Sunday. I called on Monday and was told they could never be sure it was really working in the first place and I must restore my phone. Taken back by the answer...I decide it wouldn't hurt to try, it didn't work. Fast forward to Tuesday, 3 days with my new screen and I notice the top corner of the screen is lifting away from the frame. I decided to finish the work day and get my phone looked at the next day...I pull it out of my pocket upon leaving work and the screen has a hairline crack, mind you, my phone has gone from my desk to my pocket...no where else. I go back to The Wireless Shop on Thursday and ask to have it looked at. The end result was that there was nothing I could do besides pay $70 more for a new screen or have the broken one glued, yes, glued. Since my phone "had to have fallen" there was no explanation how my phone could break while it was in my pocket nor how the glass could just start popping off. I insist that it was installed incorrectly due to the nature of the crack and being an iPhone owner since its conception. But truly anyone knows, that if glass is not by a frame and pressure is applied it will end up bending and breaking it...not breaking from a fall that did not happen. So now here I am, writing a review on my broken phone with glue residue all over, $107 poorer and a screen that is still popping away from the frame enough to put a fingernail through. read more

Ignore the fake reviews. They are repairing your phone with a very fake glass. I wouldn't go there if I were you. I went there for a repair and they replaced it with a new screen and screen protector but some days later the screen protector didn't crack but the screen did. Laugh out loud. I asked the girl at the front what did you use and she was like I do not know. Like come on, you should know what you put in people phone. This company is ripping you off. Avoid at all costs, please. I'd honestly give them zero stars. Took my iPhone 5 there for a cracked screen. Every thing else worked on my phone. Go to pick up my phone after they called to say it was done and the home screen wouldn't work. Guy said its my problem and it's not his fault, even though he clearly broke it.. Home screen buttons cost $256 to fix through Apple with no warranty. After fighting with him and him still saying he can't do anything about, I still had to pay for the service, even though they made my phone worse. So angry with this place and will likely have to take legal action. Take your phone elsewhere and not to this these pot smoking worthless people! read more

My screen broke while on vacation so I went to the Wireless Shop to have it repaired. I've never had an issue with my phone until I had the Wireless Shop work on it. Now, the switch to control the ring vs vibrate will not move and it is stuck in the vibrate position. My replacement screen also cracked within one week. Beware! The quality of the products and installation is very very poor. Shop at your own risk and be prepared to spend more money to have your phone repaired again. read more
