It may be a bit unfair for me to write a review since I did not have service here, but it is based on my initial phone contact. I do not require repair service, just have 3 issues on my cell that despite all the solutions I found, still do not work. I decided to research some cell phone places to see if any of them might help me with this. The person I spoke to at The Wireless Station didn't say whether they could help me or not - just quickly and abruptly asked what the issues were. (1) she said I probably had the wrong password - which I didn't; (2) said I probably didn't have enough space on my phone. GMAB She was abrupt to the point of rudeness, clearly not interested in helping me not a good first impression. read more

I had messaged in advance asking for a quote to fix my ipad6 screen, I was told that it would be $65 and would be done on the spot in 20 minutes. I travelled from the west end just to find out that what I was told was completely wrong. I was then proceeded to be told it would be$95 despite what I was told and wouldn't be finished till next day. Moral of story, don't ask for quote. read more

DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR DEVICE! I was told over the phone that they could fix my phone in one day, no problem, so I walked over and dropped it off. The next day I called to see if it was ready to pickup and they said not yet, they'd call me when it was. Another day passed, and I got a call that they needed to fix the back glass too because it would likely break (??) if they fixed the front glass. I told him to do whatever was needed and another day passed before I checked in. I was then told they couldn't find the part needed for the phone, and would be given an update soon. The next day I received a text message to pickup my phone, but it was NOT fixed! I told them I would wait longer if necessary, but needed my phone to be fixed on way or another. It's unclear what happened from that point but from what I can understand the employee cut his hand on the glass from my phone and needed to take a medical leave!?!?! In the end it took 10 days instead of 1 day to fix my phone. When I went to pick it up I suggested a discount for all of the extra time and the employee refused. I paid, in a rush to get back home to my baby and the sitter, only to realize they had replaced the back glass with the wrong colour glass! I asked the employee to return the old glass and he explained he had broken it. I demanded a refund for leaving my phone in worse condition than I had left it, with a completely WRONG part, and I was refused. At one point the employee said they could strip the parts from the phone and refund me, giving me back a completely unusable phone, and when I said yes, let's do that, he put me on the phone to someone else who said they in fact could not take the parts back and would not refund me. Basically I paid $170 for someone to break my phone more than I left it, and then "fix" it with mismatched parts. They refused to do anything to help make it right, not even a partial refund. Wouldn't wish their services on my worst enemy! read more

We went to replace my daughters iPhone screen (and new screen protector)and once we came home my daughter mentioned it does not swipe right We went back and the Lady said I can adjust it. We came home and my daughter said when she goes to one app it switches to another Again !!! We went back and the same lady said the screen is cracked !!! (WOW !!!!) I said how !!! I know my daughter did not drop it !!+ She said it was our problem but she could give me a new screen for 90.00 (discounted from 120). She did not want to refund me the money I paid. I immediately left and realy unhappy with the her !!! I went to iphone repair place and the owner said the screen is fine (NOT CRACKED, which i still have ) but the LCD displays is the problem I asked, how can this be !!! He said it is a realy poor after marker screen/display that was sold to me !!! He changed the screen (oem apple product) for me and it works prrfectly!!! I spent over 2hrs deciding on what to buy (I usually take time while shopping) Throughout they helped me in making an informed decision not annoyed by my 1000 questions. Must say they have a lot of variety of phones and I got free casing and screen protection. I got a super cheap public mobile plan too with added credits they helped me. I went to the Wireless Station a couple of years ago. I had dropped my phone and the screen looked cracked. Also, I needed a new battery. When the woman looked at it she pointed out that the screen was fine and it was just the screen protector that was cracked. She could have put in a new screen but was honest and thus saved me $. In the end, I got a new battery and she installed a new protector which I had with me for just the price of the battery. I will definitely return for future repair needs. read more
