No one ever waits for the other one to do their job. They do their jobs together. It's very proficient and efficient. Even the cleaning people are friendly. They always have a smile on a good morning. I think whoever hires staff at Cedars deserves accolades for their ability to find the best of the best in every aspect of the hospital. Dr. Eshaghian greeted me with a smile in his voice and provided the most thorough patient care that I have ever experienced! He made me feel valued as a patient and went above and beyond to treat my symptoms. I also requested testing for flu, Covid, urinalysis and strep throat to rule out any further infections. I was scheduled for today, 6/10,2026 @ 10:40am. I was there on time. The nurse assistant asked me "what is the reason of your visit today" as if he forgot they scheduled this appointment. Then I asked to have the medical records ready for the doctor, since he was going to see me for the first time. He check in the computer and found out there were no records. Then he turns and tells me that "they are not responsible for getting the records", that "You have to call and collect those medical record before coming to see the doctor", and tried to give a phone number where to call. I refused to take that number because is their job to get the record once I signed the request. At that point, I requested to speak with a manager. A nurse supervisor came with an aggressive attitude and I explained what happened. She checked the computer and said "the request is signed but it wasn't sent nowhere because there are no notes in your case". She went out and left me there for almost 20 minutes. In that time I saw some balls of smoke rolling in the floor. The fumes were spreading in the room and I came out from there when I realized those fumes were all over that room. As I opened the door, the nurse assistance said "go back to the room and wait there for the doctor". I told him about the fumes and he, with a surprised face told me that "those fumes were chemicals from other room and that he was going to move me to other room". Also he mentioned that he requested the medical records and they were going to take from two to three hours to receive them. I went to another room and as I sat there I realized it was already one hour after the appointment time, and the doctor was not giving a sign to be there. So I de iced to speak to the manager of the site, I went to the front desk and made my request. The clerk said the manager wasn't there and refused to give me her phone number. He mentioned that her name was Debra. I asked to speak to her assistant and he called somebody who refused to identify himself but I saw in his batch the name Ryan. I was about to explain what was happening when he said "I already talked to you last week about it and told you you are in charge of bringing your medical records" turning his eyes up and exhaling like he was tired and didn't want to hear any complains. I noticed that with his mediocre attitude the only thing I could get from him was arguing and I stopped him right there. I let him know I never saw him in my life and I never spoke to him because I only went once to that facility more than two weeks ago; and the clerk was the same, and was a witness he never spoke with me. Then he said "I called you and we talked over the phone" which is a lie. And in front of the other people present I let him know he is a liar, a mediocre, who wants to cover their incompetence and negligence with an irresponsible defensive attitude. At that point, I didn't care anymore to receive any service from them; I walked out and called my insurance to cancel them. The reason I'm leaving this review is to prevent you to pass to the hell they have there, those people are unprofessional, inept, rude, negligent and very incompetent. Beware!

Backstory I was super sick a few weeks ago out of work struggling with money and they have the nerve to charge 40 dollars to fax papers , 3 papers with a signature and a few check marks in boxes that your able return to your work. I was upset and thought that was absolutely ridiculous with speaking to my insurance saying it's supposed to cover all coasts . . It's not illegal to do that but ethical when someone going through a hard time. Did I mention it was 40 dollars. !! Absolutely disgusting Then one of the so called nurses think it was Damien said arrogantly well it's only $40.00. I said it is coming out of your pocket, and he replied you work don't you ? The virus has to run its course so rest hydration, the basics to take care of yourself. About 2 weeks ago when I went to get the infection checked out it was healing, And the so called more qualified doctor recommended to see a wound specialist. but since going there about a month ago, I had to go to the ER and have the doctor drain it then the surgical team come out drain it even very painful packet go on antibiotics for a few weeks . . I'm thinking to myself why did the so-called doctor not refer me to a wound specialist from the beginning? It's very upsetting and disappointing think you'll get the proper care you need.
