This food truck is run by the sweetest husband-and-wife team, and their warmth alone makes you want to support them -- but the FOOD seals the deal. I mentioned I'd never had oxtail before, and the husband had his wife give me a sample. Holy smokes. One bite and I was sold. Ended up ordering the oxtail meal with rice, collard greens with ham, and black-eyed peas. Every single thing was absolutely delicious. And the sweet potato cornbread? Unreal.
