Quiet, clean, attention to detail even though limited staff, cook and Autumn were amazing and accommodating. We will be back for sure.

The food is always hot and fresh. Fish is delicious and chicken is crispy and tasty. Fries have a nice flavor as do the green beans.

The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance--upscale and intimate without feeling stuffy--and everything is made fresh to order. We started with the crab cake appetizer, and it was the real deal--packed with blue crab and no filler, just how it should be. The vegetables and shrimp paired with the teriyaki were cooked perfectly, flavorful without being overpowering. The Monterey Jack chicken was impressive: a huge chicken breast, juicy, tender, and cooked just right. The portion sizes were larger than expected for a more fine-dining-style restaurant, which was a pleasant surprise. And a special shout-out to our waitress, Chanel, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made the entire experience even better. Great food, great service, and a cozy date-night vibe--definitely worth a visit.

Mine came out pretty rare and bloody and my husbands was more well done than it should've been. Our server immediately recognized this and had an additonal filet made "on the house" and had my steak cooked a bit longer. Mine still came out less than medium but at that point I just wanted to eat. We both tried the au gratin potatoes, not a fan. The taste was sort of like beer cheese for some reason. Highly recommend the egg roll appetizer! Those were phenomenal! Lastly they have a Pana Bottle of water on the table that you have to pay extra for. Kind of like a hotel room snack bar - pretty silly.

We had two servers taking care of us, and they did a great job! The food was delicious with very healthy portions. Warning- if you order the papazone, plan to share! It is very large! I had the tri colored tortellini with white vegetables and white sauce. It was quite tasty, but it did have a rather soupy portion of the sauce. We shared some slices of peanut butter pie - yummy! If you find yourself near Brooksville, stop for a meal at Papa Joe's. You will be glad you did!

I am going to sit with this for a minute and then come back and lay it out. Not great, not terrible but slightly lower than mediocre. Sorry Papa, Fong is not upholding whatever you hopefully had going on? Not sure. The food was 25% okay. But from beginning to end... meh. So here, are the "viable complaints" the management wanted to hear about. We were seated and the server didn't come over to greet us for at least eight minutes. She was brusque and busy. She couldn't really tell us anything about the menu despite the questions we asked. We ordered the bruschetta. It was a catastrophe on a plate. It seemed like a base for puttanesca not anything fresh and light as you would expect from bruschetta. Silverware rolled into logs concealed dirty old food nubbins. For dinner we ordered a variety of entrees and several were not great. The orange roughy was soggy. The cod was overcooked and fishy, the server offered a remedy of bringing a lemon butter sauce. This was 50% canola oil and absolutely terrible and failed to improve the dish. Nothing was hot, not even the stuffed shells. Another dinner was basically pasta with sauce and some chicken thrown on top. Nothing pretty or green as a garnish, no basil as embellishment, no grated parmesan. The pasta called shrimp jeanie was actually good, though the shrimp was undercooked. At delivery of the meal, our server auctioned the food off. This is the same server who took the order and delivered it, but couldn't recall where the food went. This is not the guests job to remind of who ordered what. They don't have seat numbers? We told her that the fish was subpar and the sauce meant as a Band-Aid didn't cut it. She let us known she would have ask the manager about it. We learned later that she was the manager for the night. So she had to ask herself did she want to comp a terrible fish dinner off our check? Well did she? She did. Hooooo ray. Anyway, not great. There were dirty plates and empty glasses from different courses left all over, even after desert arrived. Not a notable or delicious experience and the dining room doesn't have a "Disney" vibe. We wish them well and wish we had been in when Joe was the owner, but we won't be coming back. This is our gift to them. Vaya con dios.

Just pick and plate and start cooking it. Fun time. I had just the hot pot and had my fill of so many different things. There are items you can grab and others you order with waiter. They were quick in delivery, but didn't give you a lot. However, you can just keep ordering. Overall a great experience in a fun vibrant atmosphere. Staff are friendly enough. Update: August 2025 - waiters no longer bring you food dishes, only the broth. All other items you grab from the front and sides of the room or the conveyor belt. If an item fails to come around on the belt frequently enough, just ask and they will bring to your table. There are also hot items (ie Luke warm). Wings were good. Today the sauces were all settled at the bottom so make sure to stir and hope for the best they aren't too thick. Still a yummy good time. Don't forget the ice cream too.
