I also asked about credit scores and closing dates. We had a good, long and detailed conversation. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I decided to move forward with the application process and over the next week or two, forwarded my financial information to Ana, their loan processor. Ana is very knowledgeable as well and answered additional questions about the loan and where we were in the process. At a certain point, we were able to lock-in the rate which is a good thing. As we got down to the wire, and through no fault of their own, I had to cancel the loan. However, throughout the process, both Jared and Ana was above board and did everything correctly. ALL the banks/credit union, I had before never had a problem performing this task. They released an app and did not plan for support. Customer service cannot answer your call for HOURS or DAYS.
