I decided to move forward with the application process and over the next week or two, forwarded my financial information to Ana, their loan processor. The will NOT accept DEPOSITED paychecks. They will HOLD it and not release FOR DAYS. They REFUSE to cash outside checks without first depositing to your account. ALL the banks/credit union, I had before never had a problem performing this task. They released an app and did not plan for support. Customer service cannot answer your call for HOURS or DAYS. RIDICULOUS. Insincere and unaccountable for their actions/shortcomings.
