I am glad they allow pets, and was thankful for a spot for my pup and I to eat. That was about all that was good about Alpine. I had to ask the server for a dog water bowl. They did have one available but unlike other restaurants nearby I had to ask. I ordered the cod and chips. The food came out hot at least, but was barely edible. I took one bite of the coleslaw and it tasted off. The fries were a weird doughy consistency inside and yet crunchy and brown on the outside. The fish was the only thing I ate and that is because I was hungry. It looked like it was pulled frozen out of a box and heated up. So sad this was the last meal in town after such a good trip otherwise.
