Make sure you have an empty stomach because the portions are filling . I ordered the oxtails burger and fries to go and it was delicious. The burger was flavorful and filling, with pickles too. The fries were tasty too, with their spicy ketchup to dip them in .The inside of the establishment is small and intimate, I like the atmosphere and will be back to dine in next time. The sweet potato tots were great and their sauce was really good, the only problem was that the chicken sandwich was overcooked so the batter was too crispy and the chicken was very dry; not a good look considering the price. The food is good but the service is inconsistent. I was here last week and the service was A1. Today was not it and will make me go else where. Every time I've placed a pick up order my food has been brought to me, at the register. I usually order from here often, so I know what to expect. Apparently my food was ready for 15 minutes but no one communicated my food was ready. I was frustrated and the young lady responded, "your food been ready, it's been sitting". No apology or anything, only assumed I was waiting to place an order. Again, the attitude and reaction as if I was in the wrong for being frustrated my food was not ready is insane. Finally got a chance to eat at The Yard and the food was amazing! Ordered the oxtail burger and it definitely lived up to the hype. I used spicy ketchup and whatever sauces they gave me on the side of fries and loved all of the delicious flavors. I also tried a few bites of the Seoul Sista fried rice with the yaya sauce and that was incredible too. Had the Oxtail Burger, which turned out to be one of the best burgers I've ever had. The service was incredibly fast, efficient and caring.
