Denise and her staff at the Zen Pet are pet lovers who strive to meet your pets needs. The truly and genuinely care about animals, and it shows. We contacted Denise to set up periodic dog walks for our 2 dogs, one of which is a "special case", as she was rescued at a young age from a fairly blight environment. Fortunately our other dog gets along with almost everyone, so our focus was finding someone to bond nicely with our rescue girl. Denise met with us and our furry family members, and took the time to talk with us, and listen and observe, to try to find or pair the best person on her staff with our dogs. On our next meeting, Denise came with 2 staff members, both very nice and gracious young people, ready to care for our furry friends. Well, as one might imagine, our rescue girl didn't warm up to the first walker. They didn't do anything wrong, it was simply a lack of chemistry at first meeting, and that's absolutely ok. The 2nd walker was almost a night and day experience for our rescue dog - success! Denise's intuition was right on the money. In the coming weeks, as we transitioned and worked with Denise and our dogs new BFF (Noah - what a fantastic young man!), our dogs bonded quickly, and significantly with our dog walker, to our delight. You can teach an olderrrr dog new tricks. They even started texting my wife "action photos" from the daily walks, and she couldn't be happier in every aspect.
