My dogs were so happy on the days Christine walked them that I upgraded to everyday walks while I'm at work.

The team goes above and beyond making sure not only that the cats are well take care of, but they also gather our mail, have taken the garbage cans in on trash day and tidy up inside when the cats make a mess. Our three cats feel comfortable and safe with their Paws Play sitters. I appreciate and look forward to the photos they send with every visit and detailed updates. They communicate via a portal with all the cats' details and instructions uploaded + billing is clearly outlined and easily processed. Thank you Jessica, Erik and your entire team for taken care of our cats...whether it's an extended holiday or a short two-day getaway. We know they're always in good hands!

She was fantastic, even brought Cody a bag of toys and treats! Needless to say, they are top notch, professional, and responsive. We use an app, that allows us to get daily updates and photos and messages about our fur baby. They are always punctual and caring and I can not recommend them enough. Cats and dogs, it is not easy to find a cat sitter in San Diego, we no longer could depend on family and friends, so this was a huge weight off our shoulders, now that we have Paws Play, we can go away whenever we want and know that our cat will be well cared for. Thank you Jessica and Erik! We highly recommend them for your fur babies!

Now that I no longer live in my old place or in the area, I feel more comfortable writing this…read more Jeremy walked my dog for a few months after I moved to San Diego. He did a fine job, and I didn't have any major issues. My only issue in the beginning was that he told me AFTER our meet and greet that the time clock for walks starts when he walks into the building. I showed him the entrance closer to my place (which is right by the entrance), but he wasn't using that one at first. While I had wished that he communicated this during our meet and greet, I wasn't upset by it after we had established a steady routine. A few weeks/months after I settled into my new job, I had been granted the ability to work from home full time with a few occasional sporadic days in the office. I texted him to tell him that I won't need a walker after a certain date and explained that I'll be WFH. I even told him that I'd still like to reach out on days I'd have to be in-office. Later that day, he called to "ask" me what he did wrong. His tone was extremely confrontational and aggressive. I reiterated that I don't need a walker anymore because my situation had changed. He kept demanding an explanation. Honestly, I felt really put off by this. I had to tell him several times that it's because the situation had changed and it took multiple attempts to get him off the phone. He kept trying to push me because he didn't seem to believe me. Honestly, I don't care if he did. Before this conversation, I probably would have asked him to walk my dog on the days that I'd be in the office, but this made me so uncomfortable. Over the period of several months, he occasionally texted and/or called to ask me if we had any dog walking needs. I didn't answer, but eventually texted him to tell him that we did not. I understand his wanting a "reason" to try to improve. However, I gave him a reason. And even if I didn't, I don't necessarily owe him one to the point where he has to demand one repeatedly.
