Staff informed woman counting patterns (apparently they do inventory during sale day) and she said no returns without even looking at me and kept on counting patterns. Male staff said she was the Manager. Now 8 days later and foam still a mess. Cannot make anything with this. There should be at very least store credit for defective products. I was always too tempted to buy adorable baby stuff and just horde it away. Not good. However, now that we are expecting the Little Man, and we just happened to be in the area, we decided to stop in. This is my kind of boutique. It's small and quite specialized, and a little on the pricier side, but they have some great stuff. I was particularly impressed with the selection of diaper bags. I've been finding it really hard to find a great looking, functional diaper bag at all, let alone something that's going to work for both me and my husband. They had several in our allotted diaper bag budget that fit the bill. They also had the cuts selection of wooden soother clips. The girl working was very helpful and willing to answer questions while still giving us space to browse on our own, which I appreciate. Some places find it hard to strike that balance. And, if I find they had something I can't get anywhere else, I will definitely kae the trip back to Summerside to pay them a visit. Well done.

Exceptional customer service & variety!…read more I stopped by Karrie's Kostume & Supplies store on my way home from work tonight to check if they had my toddler's ballet clothing in stock - I was greeted by a professional and friendly young lady who quickly showed me the available options; I decided to come back later with my daughter to try the items in for size. .............................................................. 2 hours later: I returned to the store with my twirling and giggling toddler in tote. We were helped by Anne, who was exceptionally good with my daughter. My four year old has a hard time talking to strangers and will sometimes run away and hide when spoken to. Anne knew just how to charm my toddler and after trying on the approved leotard options for ballet class, my daughter insisted on showing "the nice lady," before making a final selection. My daughter discussed all her favorite Princesses and Halloween costume ideas for the coming year: LaLaLoopsy & Monster High, of course! Anne even asked my daughter if she would like to try on their LaLaLoopsy costume; to which my daughter lost her marbles and a costume show and Photoshoot immediately followed care of Mommy's iPhone. Anne even brought us upstairs (stairs are on the outside of the building) to the Costume floor where we marveled at the amazing Super Hero & Star Wars Costume selection! I'd rather donate these beautifully kept clothes and items to someone who needs it than get next to nothing and have to drive back and forth with the amount they can take that day, to have to be back in time to actually get the cash. While they are explaining the layers of inconvenience it is when you call in.. I wonder if they hear themselves. However, I did go around the store a few times to make sure I saw most things at least once. This store is jam packed! They have all the supplies you need to make beaded jewellery. For example, they sell different kinds of string, glue, jewellery findings and tools for jewellery making. They also have a random selection of costume jewellery, socks, purses, wallets, embroidery, sage, essential oils, books and so much more! Beadmaking is not just for hippies anymore. This store is huge on the inside and features several rooms of charms, strings of beads made from different materials like glass or stone, ribbons and strings with clasps already attached (just add charms), and even a small selection of wallets, purses, and pre-made jewelry. The charms and pendants are incredible. There is a huge selection of religious ones for Christians and Buddhists, ones for sports, ones made from fimo clay, and even ones from Swarovski crystal. Many are from the Shag Wear designer line. I bemoaned the lack of Stars of David, but otherwise had to exert a great deal of self control. I got one horizontal fimo charm, a string of beads that look different than anything I own, and a bag of jump loops (used to connect pendants to a necklace). The prices are much lower than any other bead store I have visited and the selection is better. I am inspired and will be back.

I tend to steer away from these as the quality tends to be lower and not as good value for the price. The men's section seems to have a better mix. If this is an issue for you, the West Ed location is much better. On a positive note, the service is always great. The staff here are friendly and helpful. The store is always quiet and clean.
