CLERK PUT BARE HANDS ON MY PRODUCT during the pandemic. I picked something out that there was only one more left of. I continued to browse after handing it to the cashier. "Ya wanna see this thing work?" I hear. I look over, and Ms Cashier has taken my precious item out of the box and proceeds to turn it on for a demo. First time here and most definitely not the last! Rachel was such a joy. I'm just starting out in this industry and she really helped guide me through what to get. When I was off on my own I still observed she treat other customers very nice too. The shop is very clean and organized. Their styles are unique and high quality, it's worth the investment for sure. FABULOUS LITTLE SHOP! Although once you enter it seems it goes on and on, the atmosphere is perfect, one super sweet lady behind the counter Miss Bernadette running the show !! She is an expert and an enthusiast. They have a wide range of lingerie, toys, videos etc in an environment that's not overwhelming.. The pricing is fair and comparable, and did I mention they are 24hrs? Literally walked in at 10am, no judgement and a swift and pleasant purchase process. Creepy - hardly any stock spread out over three spaces. Photos on yelp page are certainly not representative of stock levels. Outdated magazines still at full price - dim lighting, tattered policy signs (they must have 10 signs saying no dancer discounts), signs coming unstuck, very difficult to find prices, unhelpful and overly quiet creepy dude behind counter, items over priced and most available on eBay for less. smoke alarm constantly beeping for lack of a 9 volt battery. Carpet uneven and very hard to walk on. I don't know where the 4 and 5 star reviews came from but all signs to me point to a business in decline. We won't be returning. read more

I find it odd to be compelled to write a review for a fantasy shop.... but why not?!? My experience there tonight was one of the best customer service experiences I think I've had in my life! I was so indecisive and had ALOT of questions! The woman behind the counter , Amanda, didn't make me feel weird or bothersome when I did . In fact she went out of her way to double check and see if they had exactly what I was looking for. I was very pleased with what we eventually decided on lol.
