I just love Victoria's Secret I've been coming here since middle school and I always get the same fragrances because they're always guaranteed to have them. Pure Seduction was my choice of body spray this time because I only needed one spray no matter how tempting the buy 2 get 1 is. The staff was friendly, but I'll never understand one person behind the register and 6 people on the floor. I understand you have to watch for possible theft but if you see more than 2-3 people waiting to be checked out someone should be designated to come and help. read more

This location was comparable to goodwill shopping experience! The store was chaotic, dirty and totally unorganized!

Unfortunately, the only good thing I can say is that ONE staff member was friendly and helpful. I had 2 coupons I was trying to use for my order that was OVER 500.00 and the girl was not patient enough to wait for me to find my coupons. She said I could bring them back and get the funds credited back. We were leaving to go on a trip that day so, when we arrived back home, I was sick for 2 weeks. The coupons expired, and now they won't give me the 50.00 credit that it would have taken off. This has left such a bad taste as not only the store would not give the credit back, the customer service phone number, he would not do it either, AND... hung up on me. As much as I love Victoria's Secret, I do not think I will EVER buy from them again. If this is how they handle customer care, then they obviously do not need my money (and I always spend a lot when I go). Thank you Victoria's Secret, please do not bother sending me the coupons anymore, I have also deleted your app from my phone. read more

I went in to purchase a gift card on Friday, November 15 at about 11:00 AM. The store is beautifully displayed. All three check-out clerks were busy attending to customers while about 12 of us waited in line. It took about 25 minutes for those 3 customers to clear. I'm not sure what each of those customers needed, but it was painful waiting that long while the line grew longer. When I finally reached the desk, I said, "Well, that was painful." The clerk was nice, but offered no apology. I'm wondering why the manager didn't open a register on the other side of the store? On my way out, I saw a couple of things I might be interested in, but the thought of waiting in that line again was too much. I hope that long lines are not a habitual problem here. read more

Idk why I'm even bothering reviewing Victoria Secrets because it's FANTASTIC & everyone already knows it. B ) Their underwear,sports bra/leggings are my true addictions. Everything else they can keep.This time around I went str8 for underwear bins because I knew how bad this was gonna get regardless and I needed to keep my eye on the prize. It's easy to go overboard but it's also sooo worth it! Idk how they do it but they do and I love it.All the ladies are really friendly at this location and the store is kept up pretty tight! I've been here during sales/tote giveaways like this week for e smoke and it gets crazy! Let's just say they deserve to a have a tip jar at least.I did the 3 for $30 on 3 different bins and got up out of there but not before I checked out the gym swag section lol(does anyone else hate the word "swag" but still say it anyway?). I already checked out,bag full of sexy in hand but my brain kept saying"just go buy one pair of leggings,your butt will come alive and you know it"! Ughh..I caved,walked over but I resisted because I saw a girl with cute shoes on and decided to go look for shoes instead(don't judge)! At least it got me outa there!! Anywho,this mall blows in general but VS is one of the few bright spots within. Ok it's not that bad but when both Sanford/Altamonte have far better malls then where MTV Spring Break used to be held,the birth place of NASCAR and Daytona Bike Week, it's quite pitiful in comparison. Overall my experience at this location has been positive except when one time I was being being followed by an employee. During a semi annual sale I tried on a few bralettes. I was assisted by, whom I believe was actually a manager, named Tina. Blonde woman with a pink streak in her hair. I used to work for VS many years ago so I know what I do and don't like and made up my my mind on what I wanted to purchase quickly . I wanted to put the items I didn't want back into the bins as well as continuing to browse. Employees have ear pieces and microphones in their ears and one employee nervously tries "assist" me as if someone was in her ear telling me to do. I denied the help and make my way over to the cash register where I see Tina glaring at me. Like I said, as a former employee and long time worker in retail & sales, I know how all of this works. And Tina profiled me and made me feel very uncomfortable from that exchange by pushing her employee to harass me. I want to make it known that customers can watch employees just as hard as the other way around. Either be more stealth or just find the courage in your bigoted or judgmental mind that you feel I'm a thief. Hopefully Tina no longer works there. read more
