What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability and concern for my dissatisfaction. After spending hundreds of dollars, I left feeling frustrated, unheard, and still unhappy with the result.

I just want to take a moment and give a huge shout out to Jen! I started seeing Jen back in 2016 when she was doing hair out of her home. From my very first appointment, I was beyond happy with the results. I came to her with multiple shades of blonde, severely damaged, over processed hair from years of box dyes and salon treatments. She invested so much time, care, and expertise into correcting all the damage, and from that day on, I've called her my Hair Goddess. Watching her journey has been nothing short of inspiring.
