There was a lot of miscommunication getting me set up (not sure which way blame actually fell....doctor or them) but once I went in they were very nice. This is a big facility and they pack it in. The waiting room is far too small for the amount of people they move thru there... that's for sure. They have a speedy computer check in (if it's not your first time), and several ladies that greet you when you arrive. My first visit I was taken in a private room to talk and assess, and then start treatment and come up with a plan. My PT guy was Bob, very friendly, listened, and worked with me to get an idea of the best plan of attack. I had Bob for a couple visits and then bounced to Dave. Dave was very helpful in stretching my foot and getting movement. Much stronger hands, and really seemed to work the right area. I was seen by another lady, but she seems to have a much lighter touch. My luck is no luck...so at this point I'm having my surgery redone, which means I'm done with PT for the next 3-4 months. But I will be back. Pros: They have your choice of private or open tables to do your PT They have so many employees they can get you in without a lot of wait time They keep good chart notes so when someone else helps you they have info so you are not repeating everything constantly. Tons of contraptions and tools to get you fixed up. Location, and parking are super easy. They take most insurance...including mine...which almost no one takes! Cons: They have so many people you kind of just get cattle prodded in. Not as personal as other places I've been Each person has their own style,so consistency isn't always there. Gets crowded quick! Overall: Convenience, and the fact they take my crappy insurance means I'll be back. I would probably book out much further in advance and request to be with only 1 Physical Therapist.

Which was not my experience at the previous physical therapy establishment that I had tried first-- (having tried a previous place the things I noticed at the other place were uncleanliness, disorganization and lack of knowledge/ and was over-Complicated and they disregarded physiatrist notes) The reason for my physical therapy was my back and hips and Brett went straight to the point on my first day and I was already feeling better with my at home routine and in office within a week. my advice is to try this place first and see Brett if you can! He also specializes in acupuncture, so that was a bonus treatment contributing to my overall healing!

I felt like they listened to my concerns and taught me excercises to strengthen and stabilize my weak areas. They helped me with strengthening, my mobility, cupping, scraping, and some massage. I asked for her full name so that I can place a formal complaint but would not provide me. I asked to be seen by a different therapist so that I can compare and choose who I can meet for longer term. First, she responded with "the other therapist doesn't have any openings". On my first session I got to meet both therapist and she was open to meet for appointments, so I arranged a meet with her, provided that I have the authorization/referral changed to her name being added. I contacted my insurance to change the referral and add the other therapist. I contacted my insurance, and they changed it with no issues. I received a call the next business day from Lea. She had then told me that I'm not able to meet with the second therapist due their policy. She told me that I had to stay with the same therapist for the duration of my referral. I had the feeling that she was not telling the truth, so I asked to show me their policy. I also needed that to explain to my insurance why I can't do so. The scheduler lied to me to prevent me from seeing another therapist. I have no idea why, but I can only assume that it makes her job easier if she does it her way instead of giving customers an opportunity to do so. It's unfortunate to end up like this when I was really looking forward to continuing doing business with them. If anyone has any information on how to place a formal complaint, please direct me to it so that I can do so.

When a patient calls your office needing Chiropractic they may often be in pain & needing a timely follow up....not a 'run around the merry-go-round' experience in order to be seen.. 2. Being familiar with HIPPA patient privacy guidelines, why was my info not reviewed in a timely fashion by the Chiropractor first & then my phone number provided to the front office staff to follow up & contact me to confirm my appointment ? I did my job, followed their instructions, after that,...the ball is in their court....or you would think..... But it really got to the point that after a few minutes I had to ask her for a tissue because they were right behind her head. It was strange to me that someone in healthCARE clearly didn't care. She supposedly sent out a referral that then was noted as, "waiting on patient." When I went to a new clinic they mentioned never having seen that note on charts and were unsure of what it meant. I would have preferred she simply not take me on as a patient than to be treated that way. It was not a pleasant experience. Even in her email regarding lab results she referred to me as, "she" and "your." Impersonal, unprofessional, no follow up, and uncomfortable. Don't do it.

I was sent to collections and wrote a mailed letter explaining the situation. Yesterday, I received a bill with multiple charges, no dates for them and $47 interest on the original $75. I now owe almost $400!!!! I've been going to the Everett Clinic for over 20 years. I am DONE and they'll NEVER get a penny from me.
