I'll have to say…read moreit an exceptional experience with Dr Bronstein and the affinity surgery center that he is affiliated with. They did an outstanding job and prepping me for the procedure from start to finish and I can't believe that it's been 13 days and I have pretty well full use of my hand now. They gave me some exercises to do for the first two weeks and now I have a new set indefinitely. You are prepared and talk through every part of your surgery process. Today a lovely young girl named Teresa help me out during my appointment and this is exactly the kind of service y'all receive when you choose Dr Bronstein. I was referred to Dr Bronstein by three different ladies that he operated on and I'd like to reach out to all of you who are getting this review and tell you of my experience so you will be able to choose this Doctor!

Let's start with the basics; "First, do no harm." Dr. Olivia's office is LOADED with harm. It's a…read morenegative space; everyone, literally the entire office vibe is "negative." Lots of "don't do this" signs in the place, so you know what I mean. It required 8 weeks to get an appointment. 3.5 hours in the waiting room (Arrived @930 for 10 a.m. appt, 30 mins early per MD request for paperwork). @1145, dr. says we can be seen, but then sez Xrays for my hand from Simon Medical weren't "good enough" so she set me up for in-house Xray. I have bone-on-bone wrist pain, and the Xray tech grabbed my wrist very hard, without notice nor permission. She pulled my hand hard and when I muttered "f**k" from the pain, she tweaked at me for expressing pain in my own way. I didn't yell, didn't direct it at her, just the pain from her mistreatment. Then, the doctor finally came in, more than 3 hours after our arrival. First words out of her mouth were to castigate me for muttering a curse word out of pain while in Xray. She also cussed me out for not filling out that I'd experienced leg and back breaks, neither of which have any bearing on my wrist. She then tells me I'm "bone-on-bone" and arthritic. Thank you for telling me what my GP already told me. I was already aware of that; I'm looking for SOLUTIONS, not a re-diagnosis. She's a pill-pusher and was surprised that I didn't want hydrocodone or oxycodone. I don't take meds that make me dumb and dizzy. She thought that odd, and said so. She offered up a wrist brace that "you should go buy on Amazon." My GP told me I'd be certainly requiring surgery. She informs me that he's wrong, she doesn't believe in surgery, and believes in holistic medicine with a brace on 8 hours a day and if that doesn't relieve the problem, I should return. She was flat, no personality, made me very angry at the 3.5 hour wait and the Xray experience with no apology, no commentary other than to treat me, a nearly 70-y/o person like a scolded child for cursing when I experienced unnecessary pain from a "nurse." I failed to mention their building is mis-labeled, so one has to walk around the entire building with poorly labeled signs. They're very aware of the misdirection; the signs indicate as much. They're not new signs, so rather than fix the signage, one is expected to park two lots away and walk around. Once home, I did something new; I asked a friend to help me with ChatGPT, and I asked it to help me with solutions for bone on bone arthritis based on the notes I got from dr. olivia. ChatGPT gave me FAR more information, useful information, and gave me options she didn't mention. It's EFFING UNBELIEVABLE we/I paid over 300.00 for a 4.5 hour experience, entirely negative, got zero results from the doctor, chewed out because I was unhappy my damaged, visibly bruised hand was jerked around by an Xray tech, chewed out because I didn't list a broken bone from 25 years ago, no where near my wrist. Lots of negative energy in this place. This entire office defines "sh*tshow. Won't be returning. Second worst medical experience in nearly seven decades. In summary; - 3.5 hours from arrival time to see Dr. - Xray tech was abusive. - Dr. offered no solutions to pain except "buy this on Amazon" - Non-communicative staff.

He goes above and beyond in communication from planning ahead, to following up, and to even last minute changes. Hannah, my daughter is able to say and associate 15 words in only three months with just 2 visits a month. And ryan is super patient and extremely engaged with hannah. Even when my kid is cranky bcuz of lack of sleep or is just hungry. I'm so grateful for ryan and appreciate everything he has done so far

Wow! I really wish there were more reviews for TMG. They're AMAZING! We were paired up with them…read morethrough the Nevada Early Intervention program close to a year ago. Honestly, I wish I found them sooner. Kiddos age out of the program at age 3 and mine turns 3 in January. Anywho, Mark, Ayanna, and Myra have been a blessing. They're kind, patient, observant, and offer great advice. Because we were accepted into a program, they came to our house regularly but their office was very nice as we had to go there once for his initial assessment. It was very clean and inviting to families. If you're coming through the NV Early Intervention program, I highly recommend doing the assessment in office vs online. It's just my opinion but I feel like they get a better first assessment of your kiddo that way. Side note, they aren't limited to the program, you can walk in as a new patient and I think they take most insurances. (Don't quote me on that.) Mark was our speech therapist and today was our last session. Shortly after leaving my kiddo was crying for him to come back. That broke my heart but speaks volumes for how well he works with kiddos. Mark was always happy to answer questions and give thoughtful feedback during every session. I saw lots of progress from the time we started up until now. Ayanna is our developmental specialist and her advice and direction is worth its weight in gold. Lines of communication were always open and she even attended my kiddos meeting with CCSD to advocate for his eligibility in the Child Find program. She even got my kiddo into an 8 week play group at UNLV TWICE which really helped his interactions with other kids his age, adults that aren't family, and sharing. Myra was our occupational therapist. She was assigned just a couple months ago to help with eating concerns with my kiddo. I wish we had more time with her because this issue definitely needs more time and work. We got lots of great advice to move forward though. I'll definitely miss these folks. We received speech, occupational, and physical therapy services, in addition to working with a developmental specialist. They are very professional and reliable. We felt so supported and literally did not have a single complaint through out the several years we worked with them. Both of our children that received services through TMG made huge strides and met all of their goals. We grew to love each and every therapist and specialist that worked with our child. Extremely disappointed with ATI Physical Therapy and their billing practices…read more Before I even scheduled my first appointment, I specifically asked them to verify my insurance and tell me exactly what my cost would be per visit. I was told it would be approximately $60. I intentionally waited several days for them to verify my insurance information before moving forward because I wanted to know the cost upfront. At my first visit, I was charged $65. It was $5 more than quoted, but I didn't make an issue of it. Now, approximately 25 days later, ATI is trying to charge me an ADDITIONAL $95 for that same visit. That brings the total cost of ONE physical therapy visit to $160. When I called customer service, I was told the original $65 was supposedly only a "deposit." That was NEVER explained to me. Had I been told that $65 was simply a deposit and that I could later be billed another $95, I would have never agreed to the appointment. What makes this especially frustrating is that I specifically asked for the cost BEFORE scheduling and gave them time to verify everything with my insurance. Their customer service experience only made the situation worse. Patients deserve transparency about what they are agreeing to pay. Quoting someone around $60, collecting $65 at the appointment, and then nearly a month later billing another $95 is completely unacceptable to me. I would absolutely NOT recommend ATI Physical Therapy based on my experience. If you decide to use them, I strongly recommend getting your expected TOTAL cost in writing before receiving any services.

The written evaluation indicated that a home plan had been developed when, in fact, it hadn't. They avoided my questions regarding activities during sessions. I could hear my child crying during sessions but the staff was not able to tell me what activities they cried during; even when the staff brought my teary eyed child to me they didn't know why they were crying. We found a provider that is able to meet my child's specific needs and communicate with me.

Once a week they come to the house and once a week we take the kids there. The staff is just incredible. They take a personal interest in our boys and the boys really look forward to going there. For example, my boys are obsessed with superheros, so once a month, Clubhouse has a Superhero Day just for them where all the students (and even the staff) wear superhero costumes. Whatever it takes to make learning fun. My boys had speech and motor skill delays and it is so exciting to see the progress. We celebrate every milestone. I love and admire the Clubhouse staff. We were connected with Ideal Home Health by our social services professional. Right away we had coordination of visits by a registered nurse, physical therapist and home health aide. The communication has been warm and helpful throughout. Our nurse, Clarissa, is a true angel of mercy. We needed guidance on the tube feedings, skin care, and other nursing related tasks I had as a new caregiver though I have been an RN for years. Taking care of someone who just had a tracheostomy removed and needs constant attention is pretty overwhelming. Clarissa had ideas for us which we use even now. Her clinical skills are amazing. She obviously cares deeply for the clients in her care. If there is a schedule change we are always informed. We recommend Clarissa wholeheartedly! Tim, the physical therapist, is very knowledgeable and patient. He taught my husband some great tactics which have led to my husband's gradual improvement. Tim means so much to us. We met Julianne, a home health aide as well. They have a very fast turn around after the doctor sends in the request and are quick at sending out a nurse and a therapist for evaluation. The nurse was very thorough and dealt with artery incision which was still bleeding when I was sent home. My DPT Adam is very knowledgeable and caring.
