Great staff , good therapies, but no sharing of Wi-Fi, I think sharing is good, especially when the building blocks your reception.

We find them through an approved list from our insurance carrier, Kaiser. The office is clean, & check in process was some of the smoothest I have ever experienced. No shoes are allowed once you cross out of the waiting room. The front desk ladies are friendly & really got to know my son in such a short amount of time. They always knew he wanted to show them whatever toy he brought for the day & there was always a sticker he enjoyed getting they'd let him pick out. Payments were automatic and I never had any issues there. Within one session with both ladies, we were able to get him using words we knew he had in there-they just helped him bring them to life. My son & I were both bummed when we ended services due to him starting preschool & getting the services while there. Emily really grew on him. He would absolutely light up seeing both ladies. My son, his attitude, behavior, and speech all elevated by coming to Milestone. The absolute patience the staff has is incredible. My son had a couple sessions of occupational therapy and we absolutely loved our therapist as well. I felt included in each of his sessions with all the ladies & there was something we worked on each week to improve the next. My son went from saying a handful of words to now speaking sentences. We game together and he fully understands that we need to take turns. Started off as a super worried mama, and left confident that we would be more than okay. Thank you, thank you, thank you again to Milestone. LOTS of parking & super easy to find. Delicious cafe not far from the entrance!

I waited about 3 weeks for the clinic to contact me after our pediatrician put in a referral to see PT for my childs torticolis. When I did not hear back I called the office, the first lady said she could not find any referrals then I spoke to a second person that said the paper work sent over was incorrect. I told her since this is a time sensitive issue to go ahead and put me in as a private pay so at least we can start the evaluation and make future appts if needed. Made an appt for an evaluation, only to be called by another personnel to cancel the appt because they are not able to figure out if they are contracted with my insurance. I told them I would still want to come in for the evaluation since its already been over a month and I would pay as private pay until insurance is sorted out. I ended up seeing Miss Paige and Miss Hannah. Both are great PTs and did help improving omy childs torticolis. I ended up using 6 or 7 appointments, 3 months had passed and each time they wanted to cancel my appt because they couldnt figure out insurance coverage. Long story short I finally had to email all the claims and what my insurance had cover and my copays that I had paid for them to finally realize what was happening. Insurance companies suck I get it. I deal with them on a daily basis at my job. But not having trained personnel to deal with the insurance complexities is not acceptable in the health care industry.

What really sets Gina apart is her patient-led approach. She meets my son where he is and adjusts each session based on his needs in the moment. Gina is incredibly compassionate, sweet, and attentive to cues. When my son becomes overwhelmed and needs space--sometimes even needing to step into a quiet corner--Gina recognizes this right away and adapts without pressure. That flexibility and understanding helped her build real trust with him. Because Gina listens, observes, and adjusts so thoughtfully, our son feels safe and respected during sessions, and that has made a huge difference in his progress. She is a fantastic representative of Radiant Kids Therapy, and I highly recommend her to any family looking for a caring, patient, and child-centered speech therapist.

I have a computer based job and was frequently experiencing forearm and wrist pain so I contacted Barbara for an ergonomic assessment. She offered me an in-person assessment (being fully COVID-19 compliant) or a virtual assessment. I opted for the virtual assessment and was amazed at how easy she made it. Barbara has a background in Occupational Therapy specializing in hand issues, so it was a perfect match. She assessed my work station, and set up and offered many great ideas with equipment recommendations, demonstrated stretches that I can do on "mini" breaks every hour, changes that can be made for a quick fix at my home office, and explained why the pain was occuring from using the mouse and keyboard. Barbara also identified a few other ergonomic concerns that could lead to future problems like my tendency to lean on the desk which could cause back pain. I have already implemented some of the recommendations she provided and have already noticed a decrease in pain almost right away. I cannot give enough stars to Fit To Work. I will definitely be using her services again if I start having more issues, or even just for prevention when I change workstations.

After speaking with Barbara for a few minutes, I was confident I made the right choice in calling her and scheduling a consultation. Barbara came to my home, asked a number of questions, watched me at my work station and gave me a full consultation of what was wrong and why. It made complete sense. I had never fully thought through the importance of the work station set up - the dimensions are critical and she explained this to me in a super simple way. She gave me specific criteria that I should be looking for in my search for a new chair, keyboard and mouse. Better yet, she referred me to Arc Ergonomics so that I could try out specific chairs/keyboards that she recommended. Barbara even came to my consultation at Arc to be sure she communicated to Mary (from Arc) what she suggested. These two ladies were very much in sync with assisting me ethically and honestly... and I am very grateful. Thank you, Barbara!

I initially tried calling multiple times, left voicemails, and even submitted the online contact form, but never received a response. After getting no reply, I decided to stop by in person. Unfortunately, my interaction at the front desk was not a positive one. Rather than acknowledging the possibility that my messages may not have been received or returned, the receptionist seemed more focused on questioning whether I had called the correct number, whether I had left a message, and whether I had only called that same day. I repeatedly explained that I had contacted the office multiple times through different methods, but I felt like my concerns were being dismissed rather than addressed. Because so much of the conversation was focused on questioning whether I had actually tried to contact the office, I eventually told her that I had even stood outside the office and called while she was inside, and the phone still was not answered. At that point, it was clear that I was spending more time trying to prove that I had attempted to make contact than discussing how to schedule an appointment. What stood out most was the lack of accountability and customer service. When someone takes the time to call, leave messages, submit an online form, and then physically come into the office, the response should be to help solve the problem not to make the person feel as though they need to prove they attempted to make contact. In the end, the difficulty I experienced just trying to schedule an appointment made me decide to look elsewhere. If the scheduling process is this challenging before becoming a patient, it did not give me confidence in what the overall experience would be like. The front admin need corrective training because this seems to be an on going issue. Adding a photo of the times I called since it's clear the staff was heavily focused on whether or not I did try to contact them more than once.
