This is a really cute store! They have everything from accessories, candles, ponchos, pens, wallets, hats and wallets and more! It has a really fun vibe. I like that the store kept the building's original charm. There are other locations in the Bay Area but I have only visited this one. The buyer has really cute taste. Nice little boutique to look around when walking in downtown Castro. They are open late on the weekends! I love the clothes here and the little knick-knacks. They sell Tulle coats, Tano bags and more unique apparel from unknown designers. I like how they color coordinate the clothes in this store. read more

The clothes here are beautiful, as are the shoes and accessories, but the pricing is really unreasonable. I wouldn't mind paying that kind of money if it was well made, but some of the stuff here is no better than Forever 21, and costs ten times more. Literally. read more

I love this store! It has everything anyone could want. My boyfriend and I went downtown Mountain View Therapy store after eating at Shabuway, this great little hot pot place down there, and when we walked in we thought it was a funky stationary place, however it was so much more. The store contains clothes, shoes, hand bags, wallets, couches, chairs, lamps, and other furniture pieces, books, cards, etc... This is the uber novelty store if there ever was one. I give it one less point because I can't find a dress I like there that cost less than $100. Their t-shirts are adorable and silly. read more

Hey, if an old mom in her mid-50s can find clothing in a store that her two young adult daughters should be shopping in, then this is a wild-ass store that is a hoot! O.K., maybe I couldn't completely outfit myself at Therapy but I did manage to find a few tops that fit beautifully, were different than the norm and were very reasonably priced. Went to Burlingame store a few years ago with one daughter. Thought the store was so so cute but not necessarily geared for me. What was I thinking.....it's for anybody and everybody! Still convinced Mountain View doesn't have cute boutiques like San Francisco? Well, while it's true that they are few and far between, Therapy on Castro Street in Mt. View will change your mind. They have a nice selection of cute clothes, among my favorite Free People, Komodo, KensieGirl. Therapy of Mt. View is no Ambiance of SF, but it could be described as it's less pricey just as cute counterpart. I would have given them 5 stars if only they had more new inventory more often and if they had a better AC system for the dressing rooms in the summer. It gets way too hot in there. read more

Maybe it's a sign I need some real therapy, but I love Therapy! It makes me happy in the middle of the day and after dinner (since it's conveniently open so late). The last time I went, I walked in determined to buy just one kitschy magnet and left minus $300 plus 2 bags of cute clothes. Warning: you can spend a good hour just perusing through the cards, magnets and books at the front of the store. Or at least I do, while laughing to myself and having people stare at me. They also have the best hats with UV protection for looking chic while walking one's dog around Silicon Valley (or tanning on the Riviera if you're cooler than I am). What a super cute store. They have the greatest selection of unique clothes, you never feel like you're going to see your new dress on ten other people. it's a huge store (about 3x the size of the one in the Mission) and it's fun to just wander the racks and try everything on. The prices are very reasonable, nothing here is crazy spendy and it's just the best. The girls are suuuuuper nice and really helpful, too. Big ups to the buyer, the mix is so good. read more

This is a fun place to browse while waiting for friends/resturants on castro st. I'm not a big fan of the clothes here, but I do love the unique household items/decorations, jewelry/accessories! Therapy carries cool lighting, frames, wall decorations, i want them all! there is also a Therapy store in San Francisco (mission district) which features awesome furnitures such as couches and coffee tables, also an exciting place to visit! read more

This is such an awesome little store. Impecabble taste and a great sense of humor. I bought a few little gifts there last night, and then left my wallet behind. I had no idea it was missing. At about 9:30 p.m. I got a call from AAA letting me know they had it (they even had the store on the other line and we did a 3-way call). Freaking love this store. Every time I go there I get a new shirt that inevitably gets all sorts of positive comments. The mens, womens, kids, home and accessories sections are all legit. Staff is great. Dressing rooms have good lighting. Prices are pretty reasonable. Overall five stars!!! read more

I stumbled on this store while walking around downtown Mountain View and I had to stop in. I love boutique shops and this was no different. They had unique products that were fairly priced (most of them anyway). Staff was friendly, they let me wander without constantly asking if i needed any help. They had a small selection of purses and some jewelry but what I liked most was that it didn't look like they get all their products out of the same catalog as every other boutique shop, they had fun items worth stopping in to look at. read more

Therapy has become a tradition among my girlfriends and I. Dinner somewhere on Castro on a Friday or Saturday night, followed by some serious damage at Therapy. The gals that work there are so fun, and have started to remember my friends and I! They are so helpful with attentive service. I never have to hold any clothes for more than 5 minutes before they ask to start a fitting room. They've given great advice for accessories, purses, wallets! A great place to shop for yourself, for gifts for friends, and gifts for the home! Even a great selection of men's clothes too! What a lovely store! This boutique is just minutes from where I live, and as I result I am here at least once every other week. They have a fabulous collection of locally handmade jewelry. They also have a great selection of clothing including pieces from Free People. It's also a nice place to pick up cute Voluspa candles or Sugarfina to give as gifts. Extremely unique and creative products. Lots of stuff I've never seen at any other shop. I spent about an hour in here with my cousin and ended up purchasing some glasses for mixing alcohol as a birthday gift . Employees were friendly and helpful even though the shop was busy !
