The ordering process was straight forward and I went ahead with the Birthday Berry Fruit Arrangement. To my surprise, there was no delivery fee for my purchase. Since I was already paying a decent amount, that little "discount" was appreciated. Fast forward, that "no charge" ended up being an additional fee. Lmao!!! Not sure why it was listed as free delivery during the time of ordering and then a charge was tacked on AFTER but whatever. I just needed my purchase to be presentable and delivered in a timely manner. Since I had the time, I quickly did a Yelp search on this EA location. The reviews are pretty terrible to say the least and I began to stress a bit. The email confirmation sent gives you an area to "track your order" which would be great IF it was accurate and actually worked. The hours for the store's business hour stated 9am and by noon, my order was still only listed as "RECEIVED BY STORE". I gave it some more time and by 1pm, the status never changed and I immediately gave them a call. The gentleman who picked up had a very thick Filipino?? accent. He was courteous but it just took a bit of time to get the info I was requesting for. I ended the call with him confirming that the order was received and that the order was in fact "made". They were awaiting for the delivery. Fast forward: Hours passed and yet there was still no delivery. I checked the status of the order again to see that it had changed to "out for delivery" yet nothing seemed to be happening. I'm kind of frustrated at this point and was mentally preparing myself of wasted money when I get a text from my girl regarding the surprise she received!! Whoo Hoo!! The delivery made it to her home safely and according to her, the staff did a good job. I am over the moon and would recommend this particular Edible Arrangements. Don't let the reviews overly stress you out. While I can't speak for previous customers, I am pretty satisfied. 4/5 stars because of the tracking system doesn't work. It is currently 8:48pm and the tracking still states "out for delivery". Lmao!!! It also deducted some points in my eyes regarding the delivery fee. I've attached a picture of what my parents received the day after Valentine's Day after the delivery sat outside overnight in the rain. According to my order, it would be delivered on Valentine's Day, which is exactly what I needed. My parents did not receive the delivery until 11:30 p.m. on Valentine's Day, at which point they were asleep. It's also not appropriate for any business to show up at the door that late at night for any reason. The next morning, the flowers were wilted, soaked, and destroyed from an entire night of rain. I've sent two messages to the company requesting a refund for the entire order. The first refund request I sent was at about 8 pm, one hour after their closing time that day (Valentine's Day). According to my tracking order, they hadn't even started preparing the order by this time. The second refund request was sent after my parents sent me a picture of the ruined order the next day, which sat outside overnight in the rain. It wasn't until I got home and I took a look at my orders and I was sooo disappointed because the messy one I noticed prior was CLEARLY DESTROYED when they originally smashed it on top in the previous box. &Even when she transferred them into a new box she clearly saw it was ruined, (you can't miss it!) and yet the lady made NO EFFORT to fix or clean up the mess they made with their carelessness. I placed a last minute order for a large tray. I had never ordered from edible arrangement before and the online process was easy. The order was ready on time and pick up was easy. My expectations were definitely exceeded based on other reviews. The whole tray was absolutely the freshest! It even stayed out over night and was just as good as leftovers the next evening. I called the store and they said it would be ready 1 hour, 15 minutes later. I went to pick up at that time, the order was ready, the employee was friendly, and the fruit was packaged beautifully and tasted delicious. They require you to have a mix of at least two fruit among strawberries, banana, apple, and pineapple. Ordered $197 of V-Day arrangements, strawberries and cupcakes on the 6th of Feb for delivery to my wife's work on Valentines Day. Valentine's Day comes and the delivery attempt was made at 7pm. What business, outside of retail and restaurants, are open after 7pm? Needless to say, they missed the mark. The person making the delivery called me to ask where the recipient was to which I told her that she was off and now at home. I suggested that she just simply drop the arrangements off at my residence and the day could have been salvaged (only live like 10 min away from said business). Waited 20 more min, nothing. Reached out to the driver again and she advised me that her manager had told her to come back because the business was closed. That sealed it for me. The business called next day (today) to let me know that they were at max capacity and they needed to reschedule the delivery. Nope. Issue me a refund, please. What good is a Valentines gift that doesn't arrive on Valentine's Day? Besides, they had the opportunity to make it right the previous evening by simply dropping off the arrangement at my place of residence, to which they declined to do. Look elsewhere for holiday type arrangements, like Valentines Day. It appears that they don't have the bandwidth to handle it and, honestly, someone within their management team needs to make and honest, and objective, assessment of that and learn when to start turning business away for the sake of being able to deliver on time, as promised and paid for. There's no harm in that especially if you let people know that you're booked solid. Besides, you can get just as good, or better, products from people on IG doing it as a side hustle then having to rely on these guys to deliver.
