We scheduled an appointment for Monday at 10:00 a.m. for him to come to my home to take measurements. After that, we planned to set another time to discuss the contract in detail. At 10:00 a.m. on Monday, the owner called to say he had something urgent to take care of and could not come, so we rescheduled for Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. However, on Tuesday, he never showed up--even after I waited until 5:00 p.m.He did not call, text, or provide any explanation for missing the appointment.
