Looking at the reviews, I noticed it's mostly all 5s or 1s, that's very odd! Unfortunately, our…read moreexperience is an absolute 1. I would give it 0 if it were possible. After a power surge, our Viking refrigerator started to act up. It would cool down but was unable to perform the defrost process and we had to manually defrost it daily in order to keep it functioning. We contacted Yasania's on Thursday or Friday and were told they visited Lahaiana only on Wednesdays, so we had to wait for their next visit. After his arrival, the tech was very self-assured and claimed "we'll have you back in business in no time". 4 HOURS LATER, he was completely lost. He initially started on his own, but realizing he was over his head, got the Viking tech-support on the phone and we could hear the tech-support walking him through the diagnostics. Long story short, the tech couldn't figure out what he was doing and just gave up on us and said he had other service calls to make!! He did say that he "rewired" the frig so the defrost would perform constantly. But, what he really did was to totally disable the refrigerator. Prior to his visit, at least we had a partially functional frig, but by "rewiring" it, he completely killed it. An hour after his departure, I checked the frig and realized it was warm and not functioning at all. Knowing that he was still working locally, I texted him, letting him know that our frig was now totally DEAD. His reply text was off the wall and rude. He blamed us for his wasted 4 hours and further blamed us for making his day a 12-hour workday. In his text he stated that he wasn't coming over that day and we'd have to wait till next Wednesday for a return service call! Out of frustration, I looked in the areas of the frig and freezer that he had worked in. I noticed some wires were either cut off and left that way or wired in a very unconventional way. We later found crimping connectors and other items left on the kitchen floor or in the freezer area which had all the wiring harnesses. I've taken multiple photos of his "rewiring" and will be filing a claim against Yasania's since this was a $10,000 frig which was so permanently damaged. By Friday, two days later, the warm frig started to smell and stunk the whole house. We had to physically push it out to the driveway (no small task) and headed to Lowe's for a new replacement. I'm confused how homeowners either love Yasania's or absolutely hate their skills and/or work ethics. I felt compelled to give a detailed review of our experience because the whole thing was just so insanely off the wall.

The first one I called was Maui Repair Service and Tim was extremely helpful, looking up the correct part, quoting a competitive price for labour and taking a cc payment for the parts. He kept in touch with me regarding their arrival and a date to install, calling me a couple of times and fitting in with my schedule which I really appreciated. His customer service was excellent. The install was quick and he cleaned the area too. Tim is a friendly professional who I definitely recommend for all your appliance repairs. I will be using his services again if needed.

Our establishment as high degree of trust and credibility ensures we meet aggressive projects schedules and exceed established goals.Flat-rate Pricing: Customers are conditioned to expect a given price for a given service. take the simple purchase of a hamburger for example. The fast-food restaurant has taken into account the cost of the ingredients, transportation, storage, preparations, packaging, labor advertising and margin to come up with a fixed price for the finished product. This eliminates any anxiety about what they will actually pay. How much time a technician spends on a job does not seem so important when customers know that the price is not going to change. As the fact, the more time spent on the job may the have more value for the service. Obvious advantages: The technician is not required to determine pricing and can concentrate their work rather the amount of time they are spending. The pricing structure can be changed before the job has begun.
