We pulled over to Loves Fuel depot on I-25 and they recommended Grabers Diesel Repair. The Graber team removed the tire, the metal, and used a repair plug but the hole diameter was too large so they installed the spare tire. Then they called several tire shops in Cheyenne and found a Firestone tire shop which was open. All in all, Grabers' spent about an hour plus with us and didn't charge for their time and materials. We are truly blessed by their kindness and support. I strongly recommend anyone in need of support to visit Grabers Diesel Repair. Barry

I knew there was a Floyd's Truck Center in Cheyenne, so I called their service department and I talked to Andy. Andy told me they'd get my truck diagnosed as soon as they could... but that it would probably be the following afternoon, as they had a few trucks ahead of me. I arrived at Floyd's a couple hours before closing time and Andy got my truck checked in. I was able to sleep in my truck that night (so glad I didn't have to spend money on a hotel). The next morning at 7:00am Floyd's began diagnosing my truck (sooner than I expected!) I walked across the road to the drivers lounge and did a load of laundry and started watching the movie Castaway. Before the movie ended I got a call from the service desk informing me that my Freightliner was ready to roll. Floyd's had my truck diagnosed and road-ready within 3 hours!! Unbelievable! This business was obviously not busy and the was a clear spot in the lot to park that was out of the way so I took it. We sat there for about an hour or two before someone came knocking at our door to say, "this is private property you need to move" knowing full and well there is literally no where to park. So we had to run around and find a new spot. Luckily we actually found one in the sea of hundred of trucks parked in the lot and all over the side of the road. If I could put no stars I would and seeing all the reviews I'm sure others would have liked to as well. Obviously will never use this place....

We set up a time to meet and look at the camper. Over the next few days I asked Jamie to provide similar styles that met our wants/needs. We had to reschedule a few times due to life and Jamie was extremely patient with us. We finally met on Friday and did a complete walkthrough of the Wayfinder Go Explorer LTD. Jamie went over finance options with us and told us the camper would be ready for pickup the following day. The quickest experience I have ever had purchasing anything of this size. Jamie wasn't pushing us to purchase anything or get into something we weren't comfortable with. The following day we finalized the financing and were given a complete overview by Ryan. He explained every component on our new camper and adjusted the weight distribution hitch on our truck.

Courteous and honest repair shop. I made reservation to have brake pads and rotors replaced after…read morehearing a squeal from from end while applying brakes. Graber mechanic inspected pads and rotors then called me to say I did not need to replace anything, I must have picked up some road dust, maybe while driving through New Mexico and Texas, but anyway they saved me $1500. The courtesy inspection they perform that is included with oil/filter change is very thorough. Antifreeze topped off, brake fluid topped off, transition fluid inspected, rear differential found pinion leak, topped off, took nearly three quarts of fluid. Also check all running lights, plus lube job So gratefully for the Graber team helping us put while on an extended rv trip.
