I finally had it moved to another repair shop and they hit me with $142 diagnostic bill before letting the vehicle leave the shop. They are terrible to deal with and luckily I had another vehicle available for use or I would have been out of a vehicle for a month +. There was other issues such as not having anyone answering the phone and not getting back to you when they say they will. I will never deal with this shop no matter what.

After doing an in-depth inspection and no issue being found, Nate asked if he could drive it around to see if it happened again. After no issues during his drive, he brought it directly to me at the hotel we were at. He gave us ideas on what might have been the cause, answered all my questions (despite some of them probably being ridiculous!), and said they'd be happy to help if we have any issues in the future. These guys went way above and beyond amd showed true concern for our needs and car issues versus us just being a number and a paycheck. Bryce updated me on the job progression and told me that due to my Custom rims it was a longer than normal job. He explained the set up they had to use in their machine and how they have to keep resetting it every time the arm caught on the rims. Since they were using a plastic piece to protect the wheels it was catching quite a bit, so with my wheels it wasn't just a "slap them on job." I appreciated Bryce's honesty and the fact that he and his guys took care and every precaution to protect my wheels, thank you for that.
