I'm not trying to be mean, just honest,,,,, I've been going to this dentist for more 15 years. And I never thought Anything was wrong... until my wife got Invisalign's ,,,, then everything started to get bad , she had a lot of pain and she needed to get two root canal's, so we went to a specialist that this doctor recommended. But he was very shady and only took two X-rays and other things that didn't make any sense ... everything didn't seem right, so we decided to go to another specialist and we found out that the first specialist misdiagnosed my wife and was going to do a root canal on the wrong tooth,,,,, WTF. Thank God, we did go to that second specialist because he took care of my wife's problem and she's been good to go ever since. As for me,,, each and every time I visited this dentist I was in a lot of pain. I mean every time he injected me with the numbing I felt a lot of discomfort and pain. No matter how much numbing the dentist gave me I was always in pain.... So to me it was perfectly normal.. i didn't know any difference I totally thought it was normal...... Until I went to a different doctor that the second specialist recommended ...... AND OH MY GOD !!!! My new dentist, after doing a full work up explained that I needed a lot of work.... For example, i needed a deep cleaning. But the strange thing was when they checked my dental records it said I had already had it done,,,, but the new dentist could tell from just my examination nothing had been done for years,,,, Wow !!! For last three to four months I've been going every two weeks to have all kinds of different things done.... A crazy two session deep cleaning , Tooth caps ,fillings , a partial cap . And I'm still not done,,,,,, I'm trying to get everything back on track,,,, Also , talk about day and night, at my new dentist ( i don't fill any pain whatsoever) NOTHING !!!! what gets me is that I totally trusted this/my old dentist ... I mean my entire family has been going longer than me , for more than 20 years and he was doing the bare minimum ... talk about being deceived .... I'm so disappointed with him... You don't have to believe me...... I'm just telling my experience with this dentist I'm just being completely honest...

I called about 3 different dentist offices to see if they would take me in same day visit, no one would until I called La Puente Advanced Dentistry. Right away the receptionist felt my pain and made it possible to have me seen an hour later, I couldn't believe it. I get to the office and everyone made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I really felt like I was talking to family members. I really was impressed with all the staff. I'm sorry I forget the Dentist name but he was a young dentist from the east coast whom took care of me and fixed my issue right away. Two root canals same day, but I didn't feel thing because as soon as I let him know I felt a little pain, he would numb me up. I want to thank everyone there I do remember a few of the staff and one in particular because she has the same name as my grandmother Luz. She was amazing btw, felt like I was with my sister. I also want to thank Noheli whom made it all possible for me to be seen and was really hospitable. I can't forget Monze, or Monzerat... sorry if I misspelled, but she also was super attentive and on her game. I really liked how everyone there makes you feel like you are at a family gathering or family party. I'm excited to go for my check up tomorrow. If you're in pain and no one will take you, call them .... They will make it happen .

I just wanted to share that I am truly happy I found My Dentist La Puente! I have been coming here…read moresince July 2024. They make me feel so comfortable and explain everything to me. Dr. Jardosh truly cares for his patients and wants the best for us. Even when he is out of office, he makes sure we are in great hands. Dr. Ramirez is so kind and helpful and she made me feel at ease. Leslie, one of the dental assistants is so sweet and I enjoy talking with her while she changes my rubber bands for my braces. I been going to the dentist the last 50 years, I have never ever had a dental office quote me $16k for any dental work. She was probably looking for a down payment for a new house. I went to another dental office and paid $450 for the dental work that I need it not bunch of BS service I did not need it. I agreed with one of the reviewer, They tried to rip u off and the 5 star reviews are paid. There are lots of honest dental office in the area. Stay away from this one.

Mind you she was on the phone while doing my teeth cleaning. I realized it was done very badly when I went to another dentist 6 months later and compared the teeth cleaning. As for my mom, she got work done without the doctor taking a better look at the situation and now he says he doesn't want to work on her teeth and left her without a tooth. She went for an implant and he said to match the implants he would need to do crown on other 3 teeth's. So he did it. It didn't work, the implant was painful so he sent her to another specialist. The specialist said now that he did a crown now she needs a root canal to make matters worse. He doesn't want to give her a refund only partial, yet denies working on teeth and now she has no tooth. So she's still paying for the terrible job they did here and now how's to pay out of pocket else where.... Additionally, I called to get something deducted out if my bill that they didn't end up doing and Maria would never call me back. Maria, would also never explain well to the doctor what my mother would tell her. In all seriousness, don't come here go somewhere else! I just completely stopped going and got lucky to find a great dentist since I saw what was going on with my mother. Please beware! I'm upset, because instead of letting me know that they didn't have the time, I could have went to another office and gotten the work done. Now it is 5:30 and everywhere is closing soon so I will not be able to do a walk in. Wasted 1 hour of my time, ridiculous, please do better!
