The manager Apalonia needs much training in good customer service and how to speak to people that are the reason why you're in business. Speaking to someone during what would be considered normal business hours is not easy. You must leave a message on what seems to be a cell phone and not a business phone. Then wait to get a call back, if you do by this Apalonia who seems to be the only one working at this place. Nonetheless, when asked to speak to the owner, about the customer service practices, I was informed that she's there only one day a week. So, I guess if you have a problem you want resolved in a manner that would be consistent with a business that cares about their customers you have to wait for the one day the owner may be there or accept whatever the manager throws at you. Bottom line, there are other places that are using this same technology to tighten, tone and tuck ; and the customer service is professional and doesn't make you feel like you regret giving your business or recommendations.

Unfortunately, I had three tests done. Flu: negative. Covid: negative. Strep: negative. It ended up being a sinus infection. I was given a prescription for antibiotics. After two days of taking them with not much relief, I decided to elevate my healing with an IV. IV-Me Wellness Center had an opening for 9am. I decided on the Wellness IV; the B and C vitamins promised a boost to my energy and an improve my overall health. It includes an oxygen treatment for brain health and mental clarity. Then you finish up with a B-shot in your arm or glute which promotes good rest. Kim took such good care of me during my drip. I was so relaxed that I had fallen asleep. She gave me a blanket and reminded me to push the button if I should need anything. After an hour and a half, all I needed was to use the restroom. About 2 hours after my IV hydration my migraine was completely gone and I felt amazing - what a life saver!

I drove over 45 minutes for this appointment, only to be handed additional paperwork when I arrived that had never been mentioned beforehand. I was asked to provide my ethnicity and a copy of my driver's license before they would see me. None of this was discussed when I booked the appointment. Had I known in advance that this information would be required, I could have made an informed decision before making the drive. When I questioned why my race was necessary for what was supposed to be a simple facial -- not surgery -- I was told they "needed to know my race to determine my skin type." That explanation did not sit well with me. Skin type can be evaluated professionally without reducing it to race. Because I was uncomfortable with the additional undisclosed requirements, I chose to walk out. Transparency matters. If certain documents or demographic information are mandatory, that should be clearly communicated before taking a deposit and having clients travel significant distances. Unfortunately, this experience left me disappointed and frustrated.
